纸板及其制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及纸板制造领域, 尤其涉及一种由牛皮纸与镀铝膜制成的纸 板及其制作方法。 背景技术
现今社会, 纸质包装袋的应用越来越广泛, 例如, 食品、 化妆品、 文 具、 服装、 装饰品等行业常用到纸质包装袋, 这种纸质包装袋的应用, 给 人们的生活带来极大的便利。
目前, 市面上的包装袋采用的纸板, 一般分为非彩色印刷和彩色印刷 两种, 前者材料基本以黄色牛皮纸为面材, 经过复合机与普通箱纸板复合 而成, 这种非彩色印刷纸板不仅外观不够美观, 且纸板质量不够牢靠, 容 易破损。 后者材料选用成本较高的木浆类白板纸、 白卡纸、 铜版纸等实施 单张平版彩色印刷后, 再与以黄色牛皮纸为面材的普通单片纸板进行再贴 合, 最后往往还需在纸板图案层表面涂一层保护膜以提高其耐磨损能力, 这种彩色印刷制成的纸板不仅成本较高, 且制作工艺较为繁瑣, 因此也导 致了由其制造的成品包装袋的价格较高。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 提供一种纸板及其制作方法, 能够降低生产成 本, 筒化生产流程, 利用该方法制作的纸板, 同时具有外表美观、 耐磨损 的特点。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种纸板, 包括牛皮纸、 设于牛皮 纸上的胶层、 及设于胶层上的镀铝膜。
该纸板进一步包括所述镀铝膜上的第一图案层。
还包括设于所述牛皮纸相对于镀铝膜另一面的第二图案层。
所述第一图案层为单一颜色、 或有图案或花纹的图案层。
所述第二图案层为单一颜色、 或有图案或花纹的图案层。
本发明还提供一种纸板制作方法, 包括步骤 1 , 提供牛皮纸; 步骤
2 , 提供镀铝膜; 步骤 3 , 将镀铝膜通过胶水复合于牛皮纸上, 在步骤 3 中, 将所述镀铝膜通过加压的方式, 利用胶水与所述牛皮纸紧密贴合为一 体形成复合纸板。 还包括步骤 4, 在所述镀铝膜表面设置第一图案层。 步骤 4 中, 所述 第一图案层通过印刷印在镀铝膜上。
还包括步骤 5 , 在所述牛皮纸相对于镀铝膜的另一表面上设置第二图 案层。 步骤 5中, 所述第二图案层通过染色的方式设于牛皮纸上。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明纸板制作方法筒单且节约成本, 该纸板质 量牢靠、 耐用、 美观且成本低。

如图 1 所示, 本发明纸板包括牛皮纸 20、 设于牛皮纸 20 上的胶层 30、 及设于胶层 30上的镀铝膜 40。 镀铝膜 40具有过胶的效果, 不需要额 外过胶, 这相对于现有的同档纸质包装袋需要额外过胶来保护纸板, 可节 省工艺与材料, 有利于降低成本。
本发明纸板还包括设于镀铝膜 40上的第一图案层 50, 该第一图案层 50可通过印刷印在镀铝膜 40上, 其可为单一颜色的图案层, 也可以为设 有图案或花纹的图案层。
本发明纸板还包括设于牛皮纸 20相对于镀铝膜 40另一面的第二图案 层 60, 该第二图案层 60可通过染色的方式设于牛皮纸 20上, 其可为单一 颜色的图案层, 也可以为设有图案或花纹的图案层。
本发明通过胶层 30将镀铝膜 40复合于牛皮纸 20上, 且通过设置第 一与第二图案层 50、 60 达到更好的装饰效果, 从而形成一种新的纸板, 该纸板质感好、 经久耐用、 且成本低, 与现有同等质量的纸板的成本相 比, 例如铜板纸, 本发明纸板可减少 30%。 这对于目前的纸质包装袋的材 料来说是一个巨大的改进, 在商业上获得了极大的成功。
如图 2所示, 本发明纸板的制作方法, 包括:
步骤 1 , 提供牛皮纸, 该牛皮纸是目前纸类产品中最低廉的一类纸, 且具有艮强的柔韧性。
步骤 2, 提供镀铝膜。
步骤 3 , 将镀铝膜通过胶水复合于牛皮纸上; 该镀铝膜通过加压的方 式, 利用胶水与所述牛皮纸紧密贴合为一体形成复合纸板, 该复合纸板较 原来的牛皮纸材料的基材更具韧性, 能承载更多重量的物品。
步骤 4, 在所述镀铝膜表面设置第一图案层。 该第一图案层通过印刷 设置于镀铝膜上, 由于镀铝膜具有过胶的效果, 不需要再另外涂胶层即可 直接在其上设置图案, 这样既筒化了生产流程, 在一定程度上也降低了生 产成本, 该第一图案层不仅增添了纸板的外观美感, 且对纸板表面起到一 定的保护作用, 使得纸板耐磨损性能更好。
步骤 5 , 在所述牛皮纸相对于镀铝膜的另一表面上设置第二图案层。 该第二图案层通过染色工艺进行设置, 该第二图案层可增加纸板内层的美 感。
综上所述, 本发明纸板制作方法筒单且节约成本, 该纸板质量牢靠、 耐用、 美观且成本低。

1、 一种纸板, 包括牛皮纸、 设于牛皮纸上的胶层、 及设于胶层上的 镀铝膜。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的纸板, 其中, 还包括设于所述镀铝膜上的第 一图案层。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的纸板, 其中, 还包括设于所述牛皮纸相对于 镀铝膜另一面的第二图案层。
4、 如权利要求 2 所述的纸板, 其中, 所述第一图案层为单一颜色、 或有图案或花纹的图案层。
5、 如权利要求 3 所述的纸板, 其中, 所述第二图案层为单一颜色、 或有图案或花纹的图案层。
6、 一种纸板制作方法, 包括:
步骤 1 , 提供牛皮纸;
步骤 2, 提供镀铝膜;
步骤 3 , 将镀铝膜通过胶水复合于牛皮纸上, 步骤 3 中将所述镀铝膜 通过加压的方式, 利用胶水与所述牛皮纸紧密贴合为一体形成复合纸板。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的纸板制作方法, 其中, 还包括步骤 4, 在所述 镀铝膜表面设置第一图案层。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的纸板制作方法, 其中, 步骤 4 中, 所述第一 图案层通过印刷印在镀铝膜上。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的纸板制作方法, 其中, 还包括步骤 5 , 在所述 牛皮纸相对于镀铝膜的另一表面上设置第二图案层。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的纸板制作方法, 其中, 步骤 5中, 所述第二 图案层通过染色的方式设于牛皮纸上。
