Abstract

The present invention relates to a frame mounted amorphous core and to a production method therefor. In particular, it relates to a frame mounted amorphous core which substantially reduces loss values and noise by mounting a frame respectively to the front and rear surfaces of an amorphous core which is sensitive to external forces and has a substantial loss value or noise deviation, and also to a production method therefor. The present invention comprises an amorphous core, and a frame respectively joined to the front surface and the rear surface of the amorphous core; and the frame is integrally formed, is joined to the rack of the amorphous core and one of the yokes of the amorphous core, and is formed so as to extend to a greater extent than the top-to-bottom range of the amorphous core.
