Abstract

La composition cimentaire de chape fluide autonivelante à retrait limité, formée d'un mélange d'un liant cimentaire, d'adjuvant fluidifiant, de granulats et d'eau, est caractérisée en ce que le liant comprend de 70 % à 85 % en poids de ciment Portland, de 7 % à 18 % en poids de clinker sulfoalumineux et de 6 % à 14 % en poids de sulfate de calcium, avec un rapport molaire sulfate de calcium C$/sulfoaluminate de calcium C4A3$ compris entre 5 et 7 et un rapport pondéral eau/liant entre 0,60 et 0,90. La chape fluide autonivelante ainsi réalisée, présente une résistance mécanique à Sa compression à 24 heures au moins égale à 1 MPa, un retrait à 7 jours, mesuré sous une hygrométrie relative de 50 %, inférieur à 500 μm/m et une valeur de gonflement endogène mesurée à 7 jours inférieure à 1000 μm/m, ainsi qu'un très faible relèvement de bords.
