Abstract

The present invention relates to a total body exercise machine, comprising: a main frame; a support shaft supported at one side of the main frame; a pair of pedals rotatably mounted on the support shaft; a seat arranged on the main frame to enable an exerciser to sit thereon; a rotatable column rotatably mounted on the main frame and beneath the seat; a handle unit which is supported at the rotatable column and which extends to be positioned above the seat; and a belt, a portion of which is wound and fixed on the rotatable column, and both ends of which are coupled to the respective pedals so as to enable the handle unit to reciprocatingly rotate when the pair of pedals reciprocate and angularly move in opposite directions.
