说明书 升降式防盗百叶窗 技术领域 本发明涉及一种升降式防盗百叶窗, 属于建筑门窗领域。
背景技术 目前城市住宅的窗户主要是推拉窗,推拉窗开启时不占据空间且可控制进风 量, 然而, 推拉窗的缺陷是推开时门户大开, 难于防止外人侵入房间, 为了保证 人身安全, 目前人们采取的措施是在窗户外墙或内墙安装防盗栅栏、防盗网和报 警器, 形式多样的固定防盗栅栏和防盗网的缺陷是, 挡住了人们眺望的视线, 在 发生火灾时, 更使人们无法打开窗户逃生, 另外牢笼式的栅栏极大地影响了城市 形象; 为了克服固定防盗栅栏的缺陷, 人们设计了形式各异的活动防盗栅栏和防 盗网, 但是这些都没有对城市形象的改观起到多大作用; 报警器似乎也解决了固 定防盗栅栏和防盗网的这些缺陷, 但是, 实践证明, 它的误报率较高, 常常让人 虚惊一场, 同时也无法满足人们看得见摸得着的那种心理安全感, 而且其老化程 度也比较高, 人们需要每隔几年就进行一次更新换代, 代价太大。
中国专利 ZL20062017017L X 公开了一种 "多功能可升降式安全防盗百叶 窗", 它由具有空腔的窗框及百叶窗窗叶构成, 窗框的空腔内装有与百叶窗窗叶 连接的升降装置和翻转装置, 窗叶两端通过端部连接头装在窗框两侧的滑槽内, 窗叶之间通过开合爪连接;该升降装置由装在窗框四角内的滑轮、钢丝绳、链条、 转向齿轮、 升降杆及连接扣构成, 钢丝绳装在四个滑轮上, 钢丝绳的一端通过连 接扣与链条的一端连接, 钢丝绳的另一端与链条的另一端连接, 链条装在滑轮上 的齿轮上, 并通过转向齿轮变更方向, 升降杆的两端固定在两侧的钢丝绳上, 并 与最下面的一片窗叶连接; 翻转机构由转轴、 转轮、 支承、 拉绳及叶片翻转器构 成, 转轴通过支承固定在窗框的上侧内, 转轴上装有转轮, 两个转轮上的拉绳与 每片窗叶的两个端部连接头连接,另一转轮上的拉绳与装在百叶窗一侧的叶片翻 转器和锁扣连接; 升降杆上装有与窗框下侧配合使用的窗锁; 该发明专利技术存 在的不足是, 穿过叶片中间的钢管除两端固定外, 相互之间没有其它加固件, 横 跨度大时极易遭到破坏; 钢管穿过叶片中间, 使叶片厚度增加, 导致采光不足; 钢管两端可以转动, 导致叶片上升收拢后占据窗户上部空间较大, 影响采光量和 外观形象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种升降式防盗百叶窗, 克服现有防盗百叶窗的不足, 使得升降式防盗百叶窗在保持通风采光、升降自如的良好性能的同时, 具有更坚 固的防盗功能和更好的外观形象。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明的升降式防盗百叶窗由具有空腔的窗框、活动栅 栏、 百叶窗叶片组成, 窗框的空腔内装有与活动栅栏杆连接的升降装置、 叶片转 动装置和间距定位装置, 活动栅栏杆通过两端接头套在或旋在升降螺旋杆上, 活 动栅栏杆之间通过铰链杆连接,叶片通过销钉将边沿上卷耳套筒与栅栏杆上耳套 筒连接且通过叶片转动装置翻转,间距定位装置安装在窗框两侧内位于升降螺旋 杆上端轴颈与螺纹交界处, 控制栅栏杆下行时相互之间保持额定间距。
升降装置由装在窗框内的升降螺旋杆、轴承支承、链轮、链条和手动与电动 升降驱动装置组成,升降螺旋杆的上下两端安装在轴承支承上并通过键槽配合将 链轮固定在其上下两端,通过与链轮啮合的链条将被动升降螺旋杆与主动升降螺 旋杆连接且保持同步旋转;主动升降螺旋杆的上下端装有手动与电动升降驱动装 置, 通过手动与电动升降驱动装置可以驱动升降螺旋杆旋转。
叶片转动装置由安装在窗框上部内的最上方栅栏杆、卷轮、齿轮、固定支座、 装在锁定杆上的卷轮、卷绳、插在叶片与栅栏杆之间的扭力弹簧和手动与电动翻 转驱动装置组成, 最上方栅栏杆被固定支座固定在窗框上部内, 其两端接头套在 升降螺旋杆上, 卷轮与齿轮连为一体, 通过滚针轴承安装在最上方栅栏杆上, 卷 绳一端作为起始端顺时针在最上方栅栏杆上的卷轮绕圈并固定在卷轮表面上,其 另一端作为终端向下穿过各叶片边上的绳孔并通过绳结将各叶片之间的距离固 定, 到达锁定杆上的卷轮处逆时针绕圈, 再穿过各栅栏杆上的耳孔到达安装在最 上方栅栏杆上的卷轮处再逆时针绕圈, 也固定在卷轮表面上, 形成卷绳回路, 卷 绳分别绕卷轮的圈数在展开后的总长度允许叶片上下翻转直至贴近到上下栅栏 杆的极限位置, 在栅栏杆上升收拢前, 通过手动与电动翻转驱动装置将叶片恢复 到水平位置, 在栅栏杆上升收拢过程中, 卷绳松弛, 扭力弹簧将叶片保持在水平 位置上, 当叶片需要往上翻转时, 手动与电动翻转驱动装置带动齿轮及其上的卷 轮和卷轮顺时针转动, 卷绳起始端被卷轮卷起而卷绳的终端被松开, 通过穿过叶 片绳孔这一段卷绳将带动卷轮作与卷轮同向旋转运动而穿过栅栏杆耳孔这一段 卷绳的下端被卷轮卷紧; 当叶片需要往下翻转时, 情形正好相反, 视叶片的长短 安置一个以上的卷轮和卷绳。
活动栅栏由栅栏杆、栅栏杆两端接头、栅栏铰链杆和销钉组成, 栅栏杆与两 端接头为固定连接,栅栏杆的两端接头为与升降螺旋杆啮合的螺母块且侧面为一 平面齿条, 铰链杆的一端套在栅栏杆上, 另一端通过销钉连接, 将栅栏杆连接使 之平行于地面且其两端接头按额定间隔旋在窗框两侧内的升降螺旋杆上,所有栅 栏杆随升降螺旋杆转动而同步上升或同步下降,升降螺旋杆上部留出一段直径小 于其螺纹外径的轴颈,以便容纳除锁定杆两端接头以外所有脱出螺旋运动到达顶 部轴颈的栅栏杆两端接头, 最上方的栅栏杆被支承固定在窗框上部, 其两端接头 套在升降螺旋杆上且搁在其轴颈圆环台阶上, 最下方的栅栏杆作为锁定杆, 在锁 定杆下落到窗下框时, 通过旋转窗下框内的锁上的活动插栓, ***与锁定杆固接 的栓块孔内, 将锁定杆锁定在窗框下部。
百叶窗叶片的一边设置卷耳套筒, 通过销钉与栅栏杆上相对应的耳套筒连 接, 叶片的另一边上设置绳孔, 卷绳穿过叶片的绳孔并通过绳结将其等距离地固 定, 从而将叶片串接起来, 视叶片长短设置一个以上的绳孔和卷耳套筒。
手动与电动升降驱动装置是由电动机、 链轮、 链条、 带离合器部件的链轮、 带离合器部件的蜗轮、 蜗杆、 轴承支承、 摇柄和连杆离合器组成, 连杆离合器的 上下端离合器部件通过键槽配合安装在升降螺旋杆上下端轴颈上且可沿升降螺 旋杆轴线上下滑移,压缩弹簧套在连杆离合器的连杆上且夹在连杆上的圆环台阶 和固定在窗框一侧上的圆环套之间,以保持手动状态下下端离合器部件与蜗轮上 的离合器部件啮合, 同时上端离合器部件与链轮上的离合器部件脱离, 蜗轮套在 升降螺旋杆的下端轴颈上, 蜗杆通过轴承支承固定在窗框下部内, 通过摇柄转动 蜗杆再带动蜗轮, 由于蜗轮上的离合器部件与连杆离合器下端离合器部件的啮 合, 从而带动升降螺旋杆转动, 电动机轴上装有链轮, 带离合器部件的链轮套在 升降螺旋杆的上端轴颈上, 电动机固定在窗框上部, 电动时, 电磁阀将连杆上的 圆环台阶往上顶,使得连杆离合器下端离合器部件脱离蜗轮上的离合器部件而上 端离合器部件与链轮上的离合器部件啮合,电动机通过链条与链轮的啮合带动升 降螺旋杆转动, 电动机停止运转时, 连杆离合器恢复常态。
间距控制装置是由齿轮、 调向齿轮、 复位弹簧、 棘杆、 拨动杆、 棘轮、 与棘 轮固接的齿轮和轴承支座组成, 齿轮和齿轮的中心距等于两栅栏杆之间的距离, 锁定杆两端接头与其余栅栏杆两端接头皆为与升降螺旋杆啮合的螺母时,在升降 螺旋杆上部无螺纹轴颈段与螺纹段交界处的窗框两侧内壁上安装间距控制装置, 其齿轮的轴心与升降螺旋杆上部无螺纹轴颈段与螺纹段交界处处于同一水平位 置, 在前一个栅栏杆下降到额定间距时, 该栅栏杆的两端接头侧平面齿条触碰到 该间距控制装置中的拨动杆, 使棘杆脱离棘轮而让齿轮转动, 从而通过调向齿轮 带动齿轮转动, 而齿轮与后一个栅栏杆的两端接头侧平面齿条啮合, 导致其与前 一个栅栏杆按额定间距同步下降, 当前一个栅栏杆下移脱离拨动杆时, 棘杆在复 位弹簧的作用下重新卡住棘轮,以避免其它栅栏杆下滑到升降螺旋杆上的螺纹段 上。
手动与电动叶片翻转驱动装置是由装在窗框上部内的转轴轴承支承、 转轴、 齿轮、压缩弹簧、 离合器、蜗轮、蜗杆、万向联轴器、蜗杆轴承支承、手摇曲杆、 折柄和可逆电机组成, 转轴两端安装在转轴轴承支承上, 齿轮通过键槽连接安装 在转轴上并分别与轴上的齿轮啮合, 转轴的一端通过联轴器与可逆电机连接, 离 合器通过键槽配合安装在转轴的另一端上且可以沿轴向滑移, 蜗轮也套在该端 上, 压缩弹簧套在转轴上且位于离合器和轴承支承之间, 以保持手动状态下离合 器与蜗轮啮合, 蜗杆与蜗轮相啮合, 万向联轴器的一端与蜗杆连接, 另一端与手 摇曲杆连接, 手摇曲杆的下端与折柄连接, 在电动机驱动时, 电磁阀将离合器向 右推移, 使之与蜗轮上的离合器部件脱离, 电机停止运转时, 离合器恢复常态。
活动栅栏由截面为园形的栅栏杆、铰链杆和销钉组成, 连接栅栏杆的铰链杆 为一直杆, 其一端为套筒, 套在栅栏杆上且可以绕其转动, 另一端钻有带沉孔的 圆孔, 通过沉头销钉将其与另一铰链杆连接, 视栅栏杆长度可以套接一个以上的 铰链杆。
活动栅栏由截面为扁长方形的异形杆、铰链合页和销钉组成, 该异形栅栏杆 在与铰链合页合拢时所呈现的外形之处弯成吻合之形,连接异形栅栏杆的铰链的 转轴中心线与异形栅栏杆长度方向垂直,其合页两端各反向卷成耳套筒且两侧反 向折边成加强筋, 同时在加强筋上钻有与耳套筒同样大小的孔, 通过销钉将其连 接, 同样其它两端用销钉连接在异形栅栏杆上, 视异形栅栏杆长度可以套接一个 以上的铰链合页,异形栅栏杆与相应的铰链能保证百叶窗异形栅栏杆收拢后达到 最大限度地减少其所占据窗户上方的空间。
锁定杆两端接头为与升降螺旋杆啮合的螺母,随升降螺旋杆转动而上升或下 降, 而其余套在升降螺旋杆上的栅栏杆的两端接头内孔直径大于升降螺旋杆外 径, 通过锁定杆向上运动将其托起或向下运动通过重力与铰链将其拉下。
本发明的有益效果是: 该升降式防盗百叶窗将栅栏和叶片分离, 分别设计能 够自锁的栅栏升降装置、能够自锁的手动与电动叶片转动装置、坚固美观的栅栏 铰链和锁定装置; 防盗、 防雨、 通风、 隐私遮蔽、 降低噪音、 遮阳节能、 调节室 内光线、火灾逃生多种功能集予一身,而且栅栏叶片收拢后占据窗户上部空间少, 使得防盗百叶窗成为千家万户不可或缺的建筑构件。

实施例 2: 活动栅栏由截面为园形的栅栏杆 (76)、 铰链杆 (78) (710) 和 销钉 (79) 组成, 连接栅栏杆 (76) 的铰链杆 (78) 为一直杆, 其一端为套筒, 套在栅栏杆(76)上且可以绕其转动, 另一端钻有带沉孔的圆孔, 通过沉头销钉

权利要求书
1、 一种升降式防盗百叶窗, 它由具有空腔的窗框、 活动栅栏、 百叶窗叶片(77)组成, 其特征在于窗框的空腔内装有与活动栅栏杆(76)连接的升降装置、 叶片转动装置和间距定 位装置, 活动栅栏杆 (76) 通过两端接头 (75) 套在或旋在窗框两侧 (12) (14) 内的升降 螺旋杆 (21) (25) 上, 活动栅栏杆 (76) 之间通过铰链杆 (78) (710) 连接, 叶片 (77) 通过销钉(74)将边沿上卷耳套筒(71)与栅栏杆上耳套筒(72)连接且通过叶片转动装置 翻转, 间距定位装置安装在窗框两侧(12) (14) 内位于升降螺旋杆(21) (25)上端轴颈与 螺纹交界处 (714), 控制栅栏杆 (76) 下行时相互之间保持额定间距。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的升降式防盗百叶窗, 其特征在于升降装置由装在窗框内的升 降螺旋杆(21) (25)、 轴承支承(23)、 链轮(24)、 链条(22)和手动与电动升降驱动装置 组成, 升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 的上下两端安装在轴承支承 (23) 上并通过键槽配合将链轮
(24) 固定在其上下两端, 通过与链轮(24) 啮合的链条(22)将被动升降螺旋杆(21)与 主动升降螺旋杆(25)连接且保持同步旋转, 主动升降螺旋杆(25) 的上下端装有手动与电 动升降驱动装置, 通过手动与电动升降驱动装置可以驱动升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 旋转。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的升降式防盗百叶窗, 其特征在于叶片转动装置由安装在窗框 上部 (11) 内的最上方栅栏杆(31)、 卷轮(32)、 齿轮(33)、 固定支座 (34)、 装在锁定杆
(81) 上的卷轮 (35)、 卷绳 (36)、 插在叶片 (77) 与栅栏杆 (76) 之间的扭力弹簧 (73) 和手动与电动翻转驱动装置组成, 最上方栅栏杆(31) 的被固定支座(34) 固定在窗框上部
(11) 内, 其两端接头 (75) 套在升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 上, 卷轮 (32) 与齿轮 (33) 连 为一体, 通过滚针轴承安装在最上方栅栏杆(31)上, 卷绳(36)—端作为起始端顺时针绕 最上方栅栏杆上的卷轮(32)若干圈并固定在卷轮(32)表面上, 其另一端作为终端向下穿 过各叶片 (77) —边上的绳孔(37)并通过绳结 (38)将各叶片 (77)之间的距离固定, 到 达锁定杆 (81) 上的卷轮 (35) 处逆时针绕圈, 再穿过各栅栏杆 (76) 上的耳孔 (711) 到 达安装在最上方栅栏杆(31)上的卷轮(32)处再逆时针绕圈, 也固定在卷轮(32)表面上, 形成卷绳回路, 卷绳 (36)分别绕卷轮(32)和(35)的圈数在展开后的总长度允许叶片(77) 上下翻转直至贴近到上下栅栏杆(76) 的极限位置, 在栅栏杆(76)升收前, 通过手动与电 动翻转驱动装置将叶片 (77)恢复到水平位置, 在栅栏杆(76)升收过程中, 卷绳(36)松 弛, 扭力弹簧(73)将叶片 (77)保持在水平位置上, 当叶片 (77) 需要往上翻转时, 手动 与电动翻转驱动装置带动齿轮(33)及其上的卷轮(32)和卷轮(35)顺时针转动,卷绳(36) 起始端被卷轮(32)卷起而卷绳 (36) 的终端被松开, 通过穿过叶片 (77) 的绳孔(37)这 一段卷绳将带动卷轮(35)作与卷轮(32) 同向旋转运动而穿过栅栏杆(76) 的耳孔(711) 这一段卷绳的下端被卷轮(35)卷紧; 当叶片 (77)需要往下翻转时, 情形正好相反, 视叶 片 (77) 的长短安置一个以上卷轮 (32) (35) 和卷绳 (36)。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的升降式防盗百叶窗, 其特征在于活动栅栏由栅栏杆(76)、 栅 栏杆两端接头 (75)、 栅栏铰链杆 (78) (710) 和销钉 (79) 组成, 栅栏杆 (76) 与两端接 头(75)为固定连接, 栅栏杆(76) 的两端接头(75)为与升降螺旋杆 (21) (25)啮合的螺母 块且侧面为一平面齿条(713), 铰链杆(78) (710) 的一端套在栅栏杆(76)上, 另一端通 过销钉 (79) 连接, 所有栅栏杆 (76) 随升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 转动而同步上升或同步下 降, 升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 上部留出一段直径小于其螺纹外径的轴颈, 以便容纳除锁定杆 两端接头(712) 以外所有脱出螺旋运动到达顶部轴颈的栅栏杆(76)两端接头(75), 最上 方的栅栏杆 (31) 被支承 (34) 固定在窗框上部 (11), 其两端接头套在升降螺旋杆 (21)
(25) 上且搁在其轴颈圆环台阶上, 最下方的栅栏杆作为锁定杆 (81), 在锁定杆 (81) 下 落到窗框下部 (13) 时, 通过旋转窗框下部 (13) 内的锁 (83) 上的活动插栓 (84), *** 与锁定杆 (81) 固接的栓块 (82) 孔内, 将锁定杆 (81) 锁定在窗框下部 (13)。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的升降式防盗百叶窗,其特征在于间距控制装置是由齿轮(61)、 调向齿轮 (62)、 复位弹簧 (63)、 棘杆 (64)、 拨动杆 (65)、 棘轮 (66)、 与棘轮 (66) 固 接的齿轮(67)和轴承支座(68)组成, 齿轮(61)和齿轮(67)的中心距等于两栅栏杆(76) 之间的距离, 锁定杆 (81) 两端接头 (712) 与其余栅栏杆 (76) 两端接头 (75) 皆为与升 降螺旋杆(21) (25)啮合的螺母时, 在升降螺旋杆(21) (25)上部无螺纹轴颈段与螺纹段 交界处(714) 的窗框两侧 (12) (14) 内壁上安装间距控制装置, 其齿轮(61) 的轴心与升 降螺旋杆(21) (25)上部无螺纹轴颈段与螺纹段交界处(714)处于同一水平位置, 在前一 个栅栏杆 (76) 下降到额定间距时, 该栅栏杆 (76) 的两端接头 (75) 侧平面齿条 (713) 触碰到间距控制装置中的拨动杆(65), 使棘杆(64)脱离棘轮(66)而让齿轮(67)转动, 从而通过调向齿轮(62) 带动齿轮(61)转动, 而齿轮(61) 与后一个栅栏杆(76) 的两端 接头 (75) 侧平面齿条 (713) 啮合, 导致其与前一个栅栏杆 (76) 按额定间距同步下降, 当前一个栅栏杆(76)下移脱离拨动杆(65) 时, 棘杆(64)在复位弹簧(63) 的作用下重 新卡住棘轮 (66), 以避免其它栅栏杆 (76) 下滑到升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 上的螺纹段上。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的升降式防盗百叶窗, 其特征在于活动栅栏由截面为扁长方形 的异形栅栏杆 (76)、 铰链合页 (78) (710) 和销钉 (79) 组成, 该异形栅栏杆 (76) 在与 铰链合页(78) (710)合拢时所呈现的外形之处弯成吻合之形, 连接异形栅栏杆(76) 的铰 链(78) (710) 的转轴中心线与异形栅栏杆(76)长度方向垂直, 其合页(78) (710)两端 各反向卷成耳套筒且两侧反向折边成加强筋, 同时在加强筋上钻有与耳套筒同样大小的孔, 通过销钉(79)将其连接, 同样其它两端用销钉(79)连接在异形栅栏杆(76)上, 视异形 栅栏杆 (76) 长度可以套接一个以上的铰链合页 (78) (710), 该异形栅栏杆 (76) 与相应 的铰链 (78)、 (710) 能保证百叶窗异形栅栏杆 (76) 收拢后达到最大限度地减少其所占据 窗户上方的空间。
7、根据权利要求 4所述的升降式防盗百叶窗,其特征在于锁定杆(81)两端接头(712) 为与升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 啮合的螺母, 其随升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 转动而上升或下降, 而其余套在升降螺旋杆 (21) (25) 上的栅栏杆 (76) 的两端接头 (75) 内孔直径大于升降 螺旋杆 (21) (25) 外径, 通过锁定杆 (81) 向上运动将其托起或向下运动通过重力与铰链
