Abstract
A mobile photovoltaic panel support assembly comprises - a rack for holding one or more photovoltaic panels; - a plurality of support posts for supporting the rack; - a base having a support post attachment for receiving the support posts, the base having means for attachment to a substrate; - and connectors in order to connect each support post to the support post attachment.
