可以理解, 在设定墙纸时可以先将所述图片储存起来,再将储存的图片进 行显示。 可见,本发明中更换墙纸的方法是确定操作信息对应的操作指令是墙纸更 换指令时,根据所述墙纸更换指令具体的内容查找到操作信息对应的图片, 并 将该图片设定为墙纸进行显示。 和现有技术中, 需要先进入墙纸设置的子菜单 再进行墙纸设定或先进入图片的菜单再进行墙纸的设定相比,本发明进行更换 墙纸时, 可以通过移动终端的界面来更换, 简化了更换程序; 而且在进行墙纸 更换后, 用户可以直观地看到更换的墙纸的显示效果, 而现有技术中还需要退 出墙纸设定的子菜单, 回到移动终端初始界面后, 才能看到显示效果, 可见, 本发明很大程度地提高了用户体验。 实施例二、 一种更换墙纸的方法, 流程图如图 4所示, 可以包括: 步骤 201、 设置按键操作信息或所述手势操作信息与墙纸更换指令的对应 关系;
可以理解,这里的按键操作信息或所述手势操作信息与墙纸更换指令的对 应关系如实施例一中表 1所示, 用户可以根据自己按键的习惯, 通过移动终端 进行设置, 方便了用户的使用。
步骤 202、 接收按键操作信息或手势操作信息;
可以理解, 这里的按键操作信息为: 触摸点按键值如触摸点按键的坐标、 触摸点按键的半径和角度、 触摸点按键之间时间、 方向、 区域等, 或触摸点按 键在触摸屏中所在的区域信息, 或实体按键值等。
而手势操作信息可以为: 方向向左、 方向向右、 方向向前等的手势移动, 且这里的手势移动并不一定是指手移动, 可以用任何物体来代替手进行移动, 这里手势移动是一个泛指, 可以通过终端的摄像头来进行检测, 需要进入照相 或摄影的程序来进行检测,也可以通过其他的方法来进行检测, 这并不构成对 本发明的限制。
步骤 203、 判断所述按键操作信息或所述手势操作信息对应的操作指令是 否是墙纸更换指令, 若是, 执行步骤 204 , 若否, 返回执行步骤 202;
本步骤的判断方法如实施例一所述, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 204、 根据所述墙纸更换指令查找所述按键操作信息或所述手势操作 信息对应的图片;
步骤 205、 将所述图片设定为墙纸进行显示。 本实施例中用户可以根据自己习惯的按键操作,通过移动终端来设置更换 墙纸对应的按键操作信息, 并通过简单的步骤来更换墙纸,从而给用户带来很 多方便, 提高了用户体验。 设备实施例一、 一种移动终端, 结构示意图如图 5所示, 可以包括: 接收单元 10, 用于接收输入的操作信息;
可以理解, 这里的操作信息可以是按键操作信息, 例如: 触摸点按键值如 触摸点按键的坐标、 触摸点按键的半径和角度、 触摸点按键之间时间、 方向、 区域等, 或触摸点按键在触摸屏中所在的区域信息, 或实体按键值等。
也可以是手势操作信息, 例如: 方向向左、 方向向右、 方向向前等的手势 移动,且这里的手势移动并不一定是指手移动, 可以用任何物体来代替手进行 移动, 这里手势移动是一个泛指, 可以通过终端的摄像头来进行检测, 需要进 入照相或摄影的程序来进行检测,也可以通过其他的方法来进行检测, 这并不 构成对本发明的限制。
判断单元 11 ,用于判断所述接收单元 10检测接收到的操作信息对应的操作 指令是否是墙纸更换指令;
图片查找单元 12 ,用于当所述判断单元 11判断的操作信息对应的操作指令 是墙纸更换指令, 根据所述墙纸更换指令查找所述按键操作信息对应的图片; 设定显示单元 13 ,用于将所述图片查找单元 12查找的图片设定为墙纸进行 显示。
例如: 参考图 6为支持触摸屏的手机界面, 在触摸屏的上部为信号标识和 电量标识区域, 在触摸屏的下部有进入闹钟、 短信、 电话、 游戏的触摸点, 在 触摸屏的中部是墙纸的显示区域,其中在右上方和右下方的箭头所在区域对应 的墙纸更换指令分别为更换为当前显示图片的上一张和下一张。当用户触摸右 上方的箭头, 手机通过接收单元 10接收到操作信息, 由判断单元 11判断按键操 作信息对应的墙纸更换指令为更换当前显示图片的上一张,则图片查找单元 12 查找到相应的图片, 最后设定显示单元 13将所述图片设定为墙纸进行显示。
和现有技术中移动终端需要进行多次的按键操作及操作指令的识别才能 进入墙纸设定的子菜单再设定墙纸相比 ,本发明的移动终端需要对移动终端初 始界面的按键操作或手势操作及操作指令的判别, 即可找到相应的图片, 简化 了移动终端进行墙纸的更换时的流程,从而简化了移动终端的结构; 而且在进 行墙纸更换后, 用户可以直观地看到更换的墙纸的显示效果, 而现有技术中还 需要退出墙纸设定的子菜单, 回到移动终端初始界面后, 才能看到显示效果, 可见, 本发明很大程度地提高了用户体验。 设备实施例二、一种移动终端, 本实施例与设备实施例一相比, 细化了判 断单元 11 , 结构示意图如图 7所示, 所述判断单元 11可以包括:
预置信息储存单元 110, 用于储存操作信息与操作指令的对应关系; 匹配单元 111 , 用于当所述接收单元 10接收的是按键操作信息, 根据所述 预置信息储存单元 110储存的操作信息与操作指令的对应关系 , 将所述检测单 元 10检测的按键操作信息与所述预置信息储存单元 110储存的操作信息进行匹 配;
确定单元 112,用于当所述匹配单元 111匹配的匹配结果是所述操作信息中 包括与所述按键操作信息相符合的操作信息,进一步确认所述与按键操作信息 相符合的操作信息对应的操作指令是否为墙纸更换指令, 若是, 则判断所述按 键操作信息对应的操作指令为墙纸更换指令。
本实施例中当确定单元 112确定接收单元 10中接收的按键操作信息对应的 操作指令为墙纸更换指令时, 图片查找单元 12按照墙纸更换指令进行查找图 片。
设备实施例三、一种移动终端, 本实施例与设备实施例一相比, 细化了判 断单元 11 , 结构示意图如图 8所示, 所述判断单元 11包括:
对应关系获得单元 120 , 用于若所述接收单元 10接收的是手势操作信息, 获得预置的墙纸更换指令对应的操作信息;
第二匹配单元 130, 将所述接收单元 10接收的手势操作信息与所述对应关 系获得单元 120获得的操作信息进行匹配, 当匹配结果是所述操作信息中包括 与所述手势操作信息相符合的操作信息,则判断所述手势操作信息对应的操作 指令是墙纸更换指令。
本实施例中当第二匹配单元 130判断接收单元 10中接收的手势操作信息对 应的操作指令为墙纸更换指令时,图片查找单元 12按照墙纸更换指令进行查找 图片。 设备实施例四、 一种移动终端, 本实施例与设备实施例一相比增加了设置 单元 14, 结构示意图如图 9所示。
设置单元 14,用于设置按键操作信息或所述手势操作信息与墙纸更换指令 的对应关系。
本实施例中,增加了设置单元 14,使得用户可以根据自己的习惯对墙纸更 换指令对应的按键操作或手势操作进行设置, 以图 5中的手机为例, 通过设置 单元 14, 可以将墙纸更换指令对应的触摸屏的区域进行更换, 且判断单元 11 根据设置单元 14设置的对应关系进行判断。
可以看出, 本发明实施例带来的有益效果为: 本发明中更换墙纸的方法是确定操作信息对应的操作指令是墙纸更换指 令时,根据所述墙纸更换指令具体的内容查找到按键操作信息对应的图片, 并 将该图片设定为墙纸进行显示。 和现有技术中, 需要先进入墙纸设置的子菜单 再进行墙纸设定或先进入图片的菜单再进行墙纸的设定相比,本发明进行更换 墙纸时, 可以直接通过移动终端的界面来更换, 简化了更换程序; 而且在进行 墙纸更换后, 用户可以直观地看到更换的墙纸的显示效果, 而现有技术中还需 要退出墙纸设定的子菜单, 回到移动终端初始界面后, 才能看到显示效果, 可 见, 本发明很大程度地提高了用户体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种更换墙纸的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收输入的操作信息;
判断所述操作信息对应的操作指令是否为墙纸更换指令;
如果是, 则根据所述墙纸更换指令查找所述操作信息对应的图片; 将所述图片设定为当前墙纸进行显示。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述输入的操作信息为按 键操作信息或者手势操作信息;
在接收输入的操作信息之前还包括: 预先设置按键操作信息或手势操 作信息分别与墙纸更换指令的对应关系。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若输入的操作信息是手势 操作信息时, 则所述判断所述手势操作信息对应的操作指令是否是墙纸更 换指令, 具体包括:
获得墙纸更换指令对应的预置的手势操作信息;
将所述预置的手势操作信息与所述输入的手势操作信息进行匹配; 当所述预置的手势操作信息中包括与所述输入的手势操作信息相符合 的操作信息时, 则判断所述输入的手势操作信息对应的操作指令是否为墙 纸更换指令。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若输入的操作信息是按键 操作信息, 则所述判断所述按键操作信息对应的操作指令是否是墙纸更换 指令, 具体包括:
根据预置的操作信息与操作指令的对应关系, 将所述输入的按键操作 信息与所述预置的操作信息进行匹配;
当所述预置的操作信息中包括与所述按键操作信息相符合的操作信息 时, 进一步确认所述与按键操作信息相符合的操作信息对应的操作指令是 否为墙纸更换指令, 若是, 则认为所述按键操作信息对应的操作指令为墙 纸更换指令。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述按键操作信息为: 触 摸点按键值、 触摸点按键在触摸屏中所在的区域信息、 实体按键值或触摸 点按键之间的时间间隔。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述触摸点按键值为: 触 摸点按键的坐标或触摸点按键的半径和角度。
7、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收输入的操作信息;
判断单元, 用于判断所述接收单元接收的操作信息对应的操作指令是 否是墙纸更换指令;
图片查找单元, 用于当所述判断单元的判断结果为是时, 根据所述墙 纸更换指令查找所述操作信息对应的图片;
设定显示单元, 用于将所述图片查找单元查找的图片设定为当前墙纸 进行显示。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述判断单元包括: 预置信息储存单元, 用于储存操作信息与操作指令的对应关系; 匹配单元, 用于当所述接收单元接收的是按键操作信息, 根据所述预 置信息储存单元储存的操作信息与操作指令的对应关系, 将所述接收单元 接收的按键操作信息与所述预置信息储存单元储存的操作信息进行匹配; 确定单元, 用于当所述匹配单元的匹配结果为所述操作信息中包括与 所述按键操作信息相符合的操作信息时, 进一步确认所述与按键操作信息 相符合的操作信息对应的操作指令是否为墙纸更换指令, 若是, 则所述按 键操作信息对应的操作指令为墙纸更换指令。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述判断单元包括: 对应关系获得单元, 用于若所述接收单元接收的是手势操作信息, 获 得预置的墙纸更换指令对应的操作信息;
第二匹配单元, 将所述接收单元接收的手势操作信息与所述对应关系 获得单元获得的操作信息进行匹配, 当匹配结果是所述操作信息中包括与 所述手势操作信息相符合的操作信息时, 则判断所述手势操作信息对应的 操作指令是否为墙纸更换指令。
10、 如权利要求 7至 9任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 设置单元, 用于设置按键操作信息或所述手势操作信息分别与墙纸更换指 令的对应关系。
