Abstract
본 발명은 다색인쇄가 가능한 조리용기 제조방법 및 여기에 사용되는 인쇄장치용 지그에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 조리용기에 2색 이상의 그림을 용이하게 인쇄할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 컬러를 갖는 조리용기를 간편하게 제조할 수 있도록 한 다색인쇄가 가능한 조리용기 제조방법 및 여기에 사용되는 인쇄장치용 지그에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 조리용기의 모재가 되는 금속판을 원판 형태로 가공하여 금속원판을 제작하는 단계와, 상기한 금속원판에서 조리용기의 외부가 되는 부분에는 내열페인트를 도포하고 내부가 되는 부분에는 테프론을 도포하여 건조시키는 단계와, 상기한 내열페인트와 테프론이 도포된 금속원판을 인쇄기에 투입함과 아울러 내열페인트 부분에 인쇄가 되도록 세팅하여 미리 인쇄기에 설치된 필름의 그림 및 컬러를 금속원판에 인쇄하는 단계와, 상기한 금속원판에 2색이상의 컬러를 갖는 그림이 인쇄되면 이를 취출하여 열처리로에서 열처리하여 그림이 금속원판에 고착되도록 하는 단계와, 상기한 열처리 공정에서 금속원판에 그림이 고착되면 이를 프레스 공정으로 이동시켜 드로잉 가공하여 조리용기로 성형하는 단계로 구성함을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은, 조리용기를 제조하는 과정에서 2색 이상의 컬러를 갖는 그림을 동시에 금속원판에 인쇄하고 열처리한 후, 프레스에 의한 드로잉 가공으로 조리용기를 제조하기 때문에 2도 이상의 컬러를 갖는 조리용기 제조공정이 간편하여 제조원가를 절감하는 경제적인 효과가 있으며, 다양한 컬러와 정교한 그림들이 인쇄된 조리용기의 다양성을 확보할 수 있으므로 소비자가 조리용기를 선택할 수 있는 폭을 넓게 하는 효과와, 저렴한 가격에 품질이 우수한 조리용기를 제공할 수 있으므로 대외 경쟁력을 높이는 효과가 있다.
