Abstract

La présente invention concerne essentiellement une machine (1.1 ) électrique à double excitation de type homopolaire comportant un rotor formé notamment par une partie (51 ) centrale en matériau magnétique massif et une partie (53) annulaire feuilletée située en périphérie de la partie massive. Le rotor comporte en outre des aimants (54) permanents dont l'aimantation est orientée radialement par rapport à l'axe (33) du rotor (31 ), et espacés les uns des autres de telle manière que le flux de double excitation généré par les bobinages (38, 39) d'excitation peut entrer dans le rotor (31, 67) par les flasques (48, 49) du rotor et ressortir par les espaces entre les aimants (54), ou inversement.
