- the waterproofing layer-forming plate (1) is produced through Sheet Molding
- the waterproofing layer- forming plate produced by one molding may be only applied to single shape and size of a bathroom and a bathroom floor, but cannot be applied to a bathroom having various shapes and size. Therefore, it is required to produce a molding having various sizes and production faculties for the molding and accordingly the waterproofing layer-forming plate has disadvantages in economic aspect and adaptability for a construction field.
- the conventional waterproofing layer-forming plate of a thermosetting resin needs a separate process of filling cement mortars, and which a filling of the cement mortar isn't firmly carried out, a resonance is taken place in the space between the waterproofing layer-forming plate and the slab.
- a conventional waterproofing layer- forming plate is one-set produced through a molding and the slope of its bottom is set with one direction. Therefore, to drain water into a sewage hole opened in respectively different positions in the prefabricated bathroom to be constructed, it is required to construct a trench separately.
- the conventional waterproofing layer- forming plate has a support projection for a wall panel on its outer part and is united with the support on its lower part in order to place a wall panel. Therefore in a transfer from a factory to a construction field, a loading work becomes disadvantages, there is a possibility for breakage, the loading space is decreased, and accordingly a transfer cost becomes higher.
