Abstract

Fractionizing homogenizer of the grains flow in spiral parabola with radial displacement made-up by a grains capitation module (1) assembled at the silo's grains entrance, provided of means in its internal distribution chamber (2) to deviate the grains trajectory, throwing them in a determined angle on a rotating cone (3), which, due to the horizontal component of the grains inclined trajectory reaches its surface, rotates slowly and distributes the grains directly to the fractioning exists (4), positioned adjacent to the inferior margin of the mentioned cone (3), and from this to the external distribution ducts (5), being also equipped with an external protection cone (9) that impedes from being buried in the grains mass and from appearing tensile stresses on the silo's sustentation structure.

Description

FRACTIONIZING HOMQGENIZER OF THE GRAINS FLOW IN SPIRAL PARABOLA WITH RADIAL DISPLACEMENT Technological field of the invention
The present invention belongs, in general, to the technological field of equipments for storage and maintenance of grains in silos or grain warehouses, and refers, in a more specific way, to a new concept applied to a homogenizer of the grains distribution inside the storage structures.
The grains distribution inside vertical and horizontal silos is performed by gravity, by introducing of the same through one only opening on the top of the structure. The grains discharge concentration in one only location causes the phenomenon of self- classification, in which impurities are distributed according to their weight and size (which determine the ease or difficulty of their movement), separating and forming different regions of concentration along the silos' vertical section. Light and fine impurities tend to accumulate on the grains discharge axle, medium size and weight impurities are deposited in the intermediary section, while larger and heavier impurities (such as husk, green stems, and weed seeds) slide to the external perimeter, depositing adjacent to the silo's lateral walls. These regions with higher concentration of impurities along the grains mass create resistance to the passage of the air flow, being on them that the grains mass deterioration starts. Known state of art To make the grains distribution uniform in storage structures, such as vertical and horizontal silos, eliminating impurities agglomerations along the silo's vertical section, the depositor of the present request conceived the object of the BRPI 9403391 , filled on 08.26.1994, which refers to a "system to homogenize the distribution of grains mass inside vertical and horizontal silos" constituted of a cylindrical module for capitation of the grains entrance flow, provided with a distribution chamber with an inferior trunk-conic exit and a series of superior perimeter exists located equidistant, which cause the uniform distribution of the unloaded grains. The operational principle of this system is the grains fractioning; in other words, as the principal exist does not manage to provide a flow to the grains entering, these are directed to the multiple lateral exists and to the conducing tubes fixed on the same, which perform the grains unloading.
This system works perfectly for large flows of grains; however, for smaller flows, in which occurs a decentralization in the vertical discharge of grains in relation to the central axel of symmetry of the homogenizer distribution chamber, some lateral exists are not used, which causes a deficient fractioning of the mentioned flow, the distribution of grains occurring just in some regions of the silo. A solution for this problem is the installation of a centralizing cone inside the homogenizer, which causes a re-alignment of the discharge flow. This additional piece should only be installed in case of being distributed small tons of grain, being necessary to be taken out in case of larger tons.
Viewing to eliminate the eventual need of installation of this additional piece, was conceived the object of the BRMU 7700756, which describes a new disposition applied to the homogenizer, in which the fractionizing exists are disposed in a plurality of horizontal alternated levels, and are associated to conducer tubes symmetrically positioned or not, and which may represent the same length or not. Novelty and objectives of the invention
The invention disclosed in this descriptive report views to characterize a new concept of fractionizing homogenizer of grains distribution, capable to provide a grains flow in spiral parabola with radial displacement, which performs a more uniform distribution in the silo.
The invention also intends to solve a problem that is recurrent in previous homogenizers. The silo's filling with grains causes the homogenizer to become buried in the mass of grains, causing traction to the structure and causing damage to it, and may, in extreme cases, cause the silo's roof to fall down. The proposed homogenizer was developed to solve this problem, presenting means to impede that the homogenizer is buried in the grains, and from overloading its sustentation structure. These objectives will be reached through a homogenizer presenting in its grain distribution chamber inclined wings, which throw the grains in angle onto an internal cone associated to bearings that, due to the horizontal component of the inclined trajectory of the grains thrown onto it, suffers a rotation moment around the symmetry central axel of the mentioned chamber and provides the uniform distribution of grains in all fractioning exists, positioned adjacent to the inferior margin of the rotating cone.
The homogenizer also foresees an external protection cone, which impedes the equipment from being buried in the grains mass, and from suffering stresses that compromise the silo's sustentation structure.
Description of the annexed drawings So that the present invention, unveiled in this descriptive report, can be fully understood and taken to practice by any technician of this technology field, it will be explained in a clear, concise, and sufficient form, having as basis the drawings annexed and listed below.

Detailed description of the invention
The fractioning homogenizer of grains flow in spiral parabola with radial displacement, object of the present descriptive report is made-up by a grains capitation module (1) assembled at the entrance of grains on the silo's roof (S), provided in its internal distribution chamber (2) of means to deviate the grains trajectory , throwing them in a determined angle over a rotating cone(3) that, due to the horizontal component of the inclined trajectory of the grains reaches its surface, rotates slowly, and distributes the grains directly to the fractioning exits (4) positioned adjacent to the inferior margin of the mentioned cone (3) and from these to the distribution external ducts (5) that unload the grains in the silo.
In the invention's preferential concretization, unveiled in this descriptive report, the mentioned deviation means of the grains inside the distribution chamber (2) are inclined wings (6), and the rotating cone (3) is assembled on bearings (7) on a central column of sustentation (8).
The proposed invention also foresees an external protection cone (9), whose external surface presents a preferential inclination of 30°, which effectively impedes the homogenizer to be buried in the mass of grains and from appearing tensile stresses on the silo's sustentation structure.

Claims

Claims:
1. FRACTIONIZING HOMOGENIZER OF THE GRAINS FLOW IN SPIRAL PARABOLA WITH RADIAL DISPLACEMENT made-up by a module of grains capitation (1) assembled at the grains entrance to the silo, characterized for being provided of means in its internal distribution chamber (2) to deviate the grains' trajectory, throwing them with a determined angle over a rotating cone (3) that rotates and distributes the grains directly at the fractioning exits (4) positioned adjacent to the inferior margin of the mentioned cone (3), and from this to the distribution external ducts (5), also presenting an external protection cone (9).
2. FRACTIONIZING HOMOGENIZER OF THE GRAINS FLOW IN SPIRAL PARABOLA WITH RADIAL DISPLACEMENT as claimed in 1 and also characterized for the mentioned grains deviation means inside the distribution chamber (2) being inclined wings (6).
3. FRACTIONIZING HOMOGENIZER OF THE GRAINS FLOW IN SPIRAL PARABOLA WITH RADIAL DISPLACEMENT as claimed in 1 and also characterized for the rotating cone (3) being assembled over bearings (7) on a sustentation central column (8).
