背景技术
臭氧是杀菌、 脱色、 除异味的强氧化剂, 对环境、 水、 空气、 器具和 食品进行消毒灭菌后不存在对人体有害的二次污染。 目前人工生产臭氧的 方法很多, 按照原理分, 主要有: 光化学法、 电化学法、 原子辐射法和电 暈放电法等, 电晕放电法又包括管式、 平板式和其他结构形式。 虽然常温 下氧分子或氧原子被电离至氧离子与氧分子反应生成臭氧的整个过程需 要吸收一定的热量, 但是, 温度越高, 臭氧分解的速度也会越快, 反而会 使臭氧的产率降低, 因此, 降低臭氧发生器的工作温度是提高臭氧产率的 有效途径。 目前, 对臭氧发生器降温的冷却方式主要有液冷和风冷两种方 式。
将臭氧管采用蜂窝式排列是提高臭氧发生器的臭氧产率的又一途径, 在大型管式臭氧发生器一般都采用竖管蜂窝式或卧管 ^排^ (¾Γ <ν 它们的冷却方式一般都是在罐体夹套内注水, 仅通过 管的夕卜 ¾ 臭氧发生器进行冷却。 这种冷却方式, 冷却效果较 ¾, ^¾¾ ^ 的 臭氧产率。
本发明的目的在于: 针对目前太型管式臭氧发生器, 尤其是卧管蜂窝 式臭氧发生器采用罐体夹套内注水的冷却方式, 彰 ^臭氧 发生器的臭氧产率的实际问题, 提供一种新的卧管蜂 生器冷却 ***。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 一种蜂窝式臭氧发生器^却***, 包括 臭氧发生器罐体和内外电极管组成的臭氧管, 两片与臭氧发生器罐体内径 匹配的发兰板悍接于罐体两端内, 两片发兰板上至少设有两个对应的孔, 臭氧管的外电极管与两端发兰板上的对应的孔焊接, 外电极管内设有内电 极管, 发兰板内侧罐体壁上设有进水口和出水口, 两片发兰板间的外电极 管外壁浸于循环的冷却液中, 其特征在于: 位于端头的内电极管端部分别 设有进水接头或出水接头, 罐体中两发兰板外侧分别设有进水集流器或出 水集流器, 它们穿过罐体并通过绝缘垫固定在罐体的壁上, 同时由绝缘水 管通过进水接头和出水接头与所有内电极管对接, 进水 头或出水接头上 设有不锈钢桥式保险管支架; 内电极管的内孔中也注满循环的冷却液。
在本发明中: 所述的一个外电极管内至少设有一个内电极管, 同一个 外电极管中内电极管的数量大于两个时, 则通过不锈钢导流水管串联。
在本发明中: 所述的罐体、 发兰板、 进水集流器、 出水集流器、 外电 极管以及进水口和出水口均采用不锈钢制作, 所述的绝缘水管和绝缘垫均 采用耐腐蚀的四氟材料制作; 所述的罐体壁上的进水口和出水口以及穿过 罐体的进水集流器和出水集流器均与体外冷却循环机构对接; 所述的冷却 液为冷却水或冷冻液。
在本发明中: 所述的蜂窝式臭氧发生器是指: 卧管蜂窝式臭氧发生器 或竖管蜂窝式臭氧发生器。
本发明的优点在于: 由于在蜂窝式臭氧发生器的内电极管的内孔中也 注满循环的冷却液, 将会大大提高臭氧管的冷却效果; 多个外电极管采用 蜂窝式排列, 且一个外电极管内至少设有一个内电极管, 有利于内、 外电 极管间的空气中氧分子或氧原子被电离至氧离子与氧分子反应生成臭氧, 提高臭氧的浓度; 上述各项措施都有利于提高臭氧发生器的臭氧产率。 在 臭氧发生器的臭氧产率相同的前提下, 臭氧发生器的体积更小, 结构更加 紧凑。

由图 1可见, 蜂窝式臭氧发生器冷却***, 包括臭氧发生器的罐体, 两片与臭氧发生器罐体内径匹配的发兰板 2焊接于罐体 1两端内, 两片发 兰板 2上至少设有两个对应的孔, 臭氧管的外电极管 3与两端发兰板 2上 的对应的孔焊接, 外电极管 3内设有内电极管 4, 两发兰板 2内侧罐体 1 壁上设有进水口 5和出水口 6, 两片发兰板 2间的外电极管 3外壁浸于循 环的冷却液中; 位于外电极管 3端头的内电极管 4端部分别设有进水接头 12或出水接头 13, 罐体 1中两发兰板 2外侧设有进水集流器 7或出水集 流器 8, 它们穿过罐体 1并通过绝缘垫 9固定在罐体 1的壁上, 同时由绝 缘水管 10通过进水接头 12和出水接头 13与所有内电极管 4对接, 进水 接头 12或出水接头 13上设有不锈钢桥式保险管支架 14;内电极管 4的内 孔中也注满循环的冷却液。
