Abstract

Das Verfahren zum Aufschluss von Lignozellulosen enthaltenden Materialien zu Faserstoffen zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Lignozellulosen enthaltenden Materialien im Gemisch mit Faserverbesserungsstoffen im oberflächenfeuchten Zustand in einer Flachmatrizen-Pelletpresse durch Kollerrollen, die einen Abstand von mehreren Millimetern von der Matrize haben können, mit über weite Bereiche einstellbarem Wälzdruck beaufschlagt werden, wodurch - unterstützt durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit im Poreninneren - die Faserverbesserungsstoffe weit in das Innere des Fasermaterials eindringen und dort spontan oder verzögert reagieren, wobei dann anschließend das aufgeschlossene und veredelte Material durch die Bohrungen der Flachmatrize gedrückt wird.
