一种播放装置的感应耳机及其感应方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种耳机, 尤其是一种可感测使用者是否配带耳机的感 应耳机及其感应方法。
背景技术
参见图 1, 其为现有的耳机与播放装置示意图, 从图中可以看到耳机 21具有第一耳机体 211、第二耳机体 212及连接线 23。播放装置 22可以 是数字音频播放器 (MP3播放器)、 学习机及随身听等发出音讯的设备。 连接线 23—端分别与第一耳机体 211及第二耳机体 212相连接, 其另一 端与播放装置 22相连接, 使得播放装置 22发出的音讯可以由第一耳机 体 211及第二耳机体 212中发出, 当使用者将第一耳机体 211与第二耳 机体 212配带于耳上时, 可听到播放装置 22所播放的音讯。
然而, 当使用者将第一耳机体 211与第二耳机体 212从耳朵上取下 时, 播放装置 22会持续的发出音讯, 如此一来, 播放装置 22在持续发 出音讯时, 会造成电力的浪费。 此外, 使用者也会因为没有实时暂停音 乐, 而错过其中某些部份的收听。 另外, 若使用者只是要短时间的暂时 取下第一耳机体 211与第二耳机体 212时, 又要特别的去操作播放装置 22, 令播放装置 22暂停, 非常麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种播放装置的感应耳机及其感应方法, 实 现当使用者将耳机自耳朵上取下时, 播放装置可以自动中断或暂停播放, 极大的方便使用者, 同时又能节约电能。
本发明的技术解决方案是: 本发明是一种播放装置的感应耳机, 其 包括耳机插头、 第一耳机体和第二耳机体, 其特殊之处在于: 该耳机还 包括有第一感应装置、 第二感应装置和控制单元; 所述第一感应装置设 置在第一耳机体内, 所述第二感应装置设置在第二耳机体内; 所述控制 单元分别与第一感应装置、 第二感应装置连接。 上述的第一感应装置和第二感应装置是压力感应器或温度感应器。 上述控制单元是控制电路
一种播放装置的感应耳机的感应方法, 其特殊之处在于: 该方法包 括以下步骤:
31) 提供一播放装置, 通过感应耳机播放音讯, 该感应耳机包括第 一耳机体、 第二耳机体及控制电路;
32) 第一耳机体与第二耳机体是否都没有与使用者耳朵接触; 若否, 则回至步骤 31); 若是, 则进至步骤 33);
33) 第一耳机体与第二耳机体都没有与使用者耳朵接触, 则控制电 路发出中断讯号;
34) 播放装置中断 /暂停播放音讯;
35) 第一耳机体与第二耳机体其一是否与使用者耳朵接触, 若否, 则回步骤 34); 若是, 进行步骤 36);
36) 控制单元发出播放讯号;
37) 播放装置重新 /接续播放音讯。
由于本发明中设置有第一感应装置、 第二感应装置和控制电路, 能 够通过第一耳机体与第二耳机体是否与使用者耳朵接触, 实现自动中断 / 暂停播放装置或启动播放装置, 节约电能, 结构简单, 操作简易, 方便 使用者使用。

具体实施方式
参见图 2, 本发明的感应耳机包括耳机插头 25、 第一耳机体 211、 第 二耳机体 212、 连接线 23, 耳机插头 25通过连接线 23分别和第一耳机 体 211、第二耳机体 212连接, 通过将耳机插头 25插进播放装置 22的连 接孔 222中, 实现耳机和播放装置 22的连接; 播放装置 22上设有面板 221用来显示播放装置 22当前的使用状态, 如是否处于播放状态, 或是 否处于暂停、 中断等状态。 播放装置 22可以是数字音频播放器(MP3播 放器)、 学习机及随身听等。
参见图 3, 本发明的感应耳机还包括第一感应装置 213 及第二感应 装置 214, 所述第一感应装置 213设置在第一耳机体 211 内, 第二感应 装置 214设置在第二耳机体 212内; 其中, 第一感应装置 213及第二感 应装置 214可以均是压力感应器, 也可以均是温度感应器, 分别通过感 测使用者耳内的压力或是感测耳机的第一耳机体 211 与第二耳机体 212 的温度的改变, 来判断第一耳机体 211与第二耳机体 212是否与使用者 耳朵相接触。
参见图 4, 本发明的感应耳机还包括有控制单元 24, 控制单元 24控 制电路由第一感应装置 213和第二感应装置 214并联后与耳机插头 25电 性连接而成。 控制单元 24可以是一个控制电路。
当播放装置 22处于发出音讯的播放状态时, 此时, 当耳机中的第一 感应装置 213, 感测到第一耳机体 211 与使者者的耳朵不接触, 且第二 感应装置 214感测到第二耳机体 212与使用者的耳朵同时不接触时, 也 就是说,当第一感应装置 213与第二感应装置 214都处于高阻抗状态时, 控制电路即发出中断讯号,通过耳机插头 25传输给处于发出音讯的播放 状态的播放装置 22, 从而使其中断或暂停发出音讯。
当播放装置 22 被中断发出音讯后, 此时, 当使用者将第一耳机体 211 或第二耳机体 212其中之一, 与使用者的耳朵接触时, 通过位于第 一耳机体 211与第二耳机体 212内的第一感应装置 213或第二感应装置 214的其中之一, 感测到第一耳机体 211 或第二耳机体 212与使用者的 耳朵接触的讯息后, 电路导通, 致使控制电路发出播放讯号, 令播放装 置 22重新播放或继续播放音讯。
控制电路的电源通过与耳机插头 25连接的播放装置 22提供。 参见图 5,本发明的播放装置的感应耳机的感应方法,包括以下步骤: 步骤 31: 提供一播放装置, 通过感应耳机播放音讯, 该感应耳机包 括第一耳机体、 第二耳机体及控制电路;
步骤 32: 第一耳机体与第二耳机体是否都没有与使用者耳朵接触; 若否, 则回至步骤 31; 若是, 则进至步骤 33;
步骤 33: 第一耳机体与第二耳机体都没有与使用者耳朵接触, 则控 制电路发出中断讯号;
步骤 34: 播放装置中断 /暂停播放音讯;
步骤 35: 第一耳机体与第二耳机体其一是否与使用者耳朵接触, 若 否, 则回步骤 34; 若是, 进行步骤 36;
步骤 36: 控制单元发出播放讯号;
步骤 37: 播放装置重新 /接续播放音讯。
由于本发明中设置有第一感应装置、 第二感应装置和控制电路, 能 够通过第一耳机体与第二耳机体是否与使用者耳朵接触, 实现自动中断 / 暂停播放装置或启动播放装置, 节约电能, 且结构简单、 操作简易, 方 便使用者使用。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种播放装置的感应耳机, 其包括耳机插头、 第一耳机体和第 二耳机体, 其特征在于: 所述播放装置的感应耳机还包括有第一感应装 置、 第二感应装置和控制单元; 所述第一感应装置设置在第一耳机体 内, 所述第二感应装置设置在第二耳机体内; 所述控制单元分别与第一 感应装置和第二感应装置连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的播放装置的感应耳机, 其特征在于: 所 述第一感应装置和第二感应装置是压力感应器或温度感应器。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的播放装置的感应耳机, 其特征在于: 所 述控制单元是控制电路。
4、 一种播放装置的感应耳机的感应方法, 其特征在于: 该方法包 括以下步骤:
31)提供一播放装置, 通过感应耳机播放音讯, 该感应耳机包括第 一耳机体、 第二耳机体及控制电路;
32) 第一耳机体与第二耳机体是否都没有与使用者耳朵接触; 若 否, 则回至步骤 31); 若是, 则进至步骤 33);
33)第一耳机体与第二耳机体都没有与使用者耳朵接触, 则控制电 路发出中断讯号;
34) 播放装置中断 /暂停播放音讯;
35)第一耳机体与第二耳机体其一是否与使用者耳朵接触, 若否, 则回步骤 34); 若是, 进行步骤 36);
36) 控制单元发出播放讯号;
37) 播放装置重新 /接续播放音讯。
