可以看出, 釆用本发明的方法、 装置和***, 通过 HSS来触发 PDN连接 的释放过程,解决了用户的签约数据改变时 UE无法发起 PDN连接的释放过程 之问题;此外,也同时解决了当 UE的 Default APN被删除时,重新建立 Default APN连接的问题; 并且对于现有***的改动较小, 并增强了***功能。

本发明的基本思想在于当用户在 HSS 中的签约数据发生改变时, 特别是 UE当前正在使用的 APN被删除时, HSS根据获知的被修改的用户的签约数据, 来触发 PDN连接的释放过程, 解决了用户的签约数据改变时无法发起 PDN连 接的释放过程之问题。
为了使本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明, 下面结合附图和具体实施例对 本发明的方法进行详细说明。
本发明实施例 1提供了一种实现 PDN连接释放的方法,如图 2所示,该方 法包括:
步骤 201:当用户在 HSS中的签约数据改变时 , HSS通知 MME以触发 PDN 连接的释放;
具体的, 当用户在 HSS中的签约数据发生改变时, 特别是 UE当前正在使 用的 APN被删除时, HSS 向 UE 的当前 MME发送***用户数据 (Insert Subscriber Data ) 消息, 通知该 MME所述用户在 HSS中的签约数据已发生改 变(例如, UE当前正在使用的 APN被删除), 以此来触发 PDN连接的分离(释 放 )过程, 以解决在此种情况下现有方法中 UE无法发起 PDN连接释放过程的 问题; 其中, HSS还可以通过其他方式来通知 MME所述用户的签约数据已发生 改变, 以此来触发 PDN连接的分离, 本文不再赘述。
步骤 202: MME根据所述 HSS的通知消息 ,请求 Serving GW和 PDN GW 删除所述 PDN连接下的所有承载;
当 MME接收到 HSS的通知(例如***用户数据信息 )后, 发现 UE当前 正在使用的一个 APN被签约数据删除, 则 MME发送删除承载请求(Delete Bearer Request ) ( TEID, LBI )消息给 Serving GW, 请求删除此 PDN连接下所 有的 EPS承载; Serving GW根据 MME的请求发送删除承载请求( Delete Bearer Request ) ( TEID, LBI )消息给 PDN GW, 请求删除此 PDN连接下所有的 EPS 承载; 而 PDN GW接收 Serving GW的请求, 并在删除所述 PDN连接下所有的 EPS承载后, 向 Serving GW回应删除 载响应( Delete Bearer Response )消息, 而 Serving GW收到响应消息后向 MME回应该删除 7 载响应消息 ,以通知 MME 所述 Serving GW和 PDN GW已删除所述 PDN连接下所有的 EPS承载; 其中, 当 PCRF被应用到这个 PDN网络时, PDN GW会与 PCRF进行交互, 以指示 释放所述 EPS承载;
需要注意到是, 本领域技术人员理解: 上述信息交互过程中请求删除承载 请求和删除承载响应不仅局限于所述的删除承载请求消息和删除承载响应消 息, 也可以通过其他方式或消息来实现, 本文不再赘述。
步骤 203: 然后 MME请求用户终端去激活所述 PDN连接的所有承载及请 求 eNodeB删除所述 PDN连接下所有承载所对应的无线接入承载;
具体的 ,在本实施例中 MME请求用户终端去激活所述 PDN连接的所有承 载及请求 eNodeB删除所述 PDN连接下所有承载所对应的无线接入承载包括但 并不局限于下述两种情况:
1 )、 若 UE与 MME之间有 NAS ( Non- Access Stratum, 非接入层 )信令连 接, 则 MME首先向 eNodeB发起删除此 PDN连接下所有承载所对应的无线接 入承载的请求消息, 同时, MME向 UE发起去激活 PDN连接下所有承载请求; 具体的 , MME向 eNodeB发起删除此 PDN连接下所有承载所对应的无线接入 7 载的请求消息可通过 SAE ( System Architecture Evolution, ***架构演进 ) ^ 载删除命令 ( SAE Bearer Release Command ) 消息来实现, MME通过 eNodeB 向 UE发送 NAS的去激活承载请求 ( Deactive Bearer Request )消息来发起去激 活承载请求,其中, Deactive Bearer Request消息是包含在 SI -MME接口的所述 SAE Bearer Release Command消息中, 即是通过背包( piggyback ) 的方式将去 激活承载请求传递给 UE; 这里是以这两个消息来给出实现方法, 当然也可以 通过其他消息来实现, 本实施例并不局限于此;
eNodeB收到 MME发送的删除无线接入承载请求消息后,向 UE发送 RRC ( Radio Resource Configuration, 无线资源配置) 消息, 请求 UE删除相应的无 线资源, 同时这个消息以背包( piggyback ) 的方式包含 MME向 UE发送的去 激活承载请求 ( Deactivate Bearer Request ) 消息。
UE根据 eNodeB的请求删除相应的承载上下文后, 向 eNodeB回应 RRC 无线资源配置响应 ( Radio Resource Configuration Response ) 消息, 同时 UE根 据 eNodeB 以背包方式传递过来的 MME 发送给 UE 的去激活承载请求 ( Deactivate Bearer Request )删除此 PDN连接下的所有承载, 然后向 MME回 应去激活承载回应 ( Deactivate Bearer Response ) 消息。 这个 Radio Resource Configuration Response消息以背包( piggyback ) 的方式包含这个 UE给 MME 的 NAS去激活 载响应 ( Deactivate Bearer Response ) 消息;
eNodeB根据 UE返回的响应消息,向 MME发送 SAE承载删除完成( SAE Bearer Release Complete ) 消息, 通知 MME已完成所述 PDN连接下所有 EPS 承载的删除; 同时这个消息以背包(piggyback ) 的方式包含 UE的去激活承载 响应 ( Deactivate Bearer Response ) 消息;
2 )、 若 UE与 MME之间没有建立 NAS ( Non-Access Stratum, 非接入层 ) 信令连接, 则 MME不能直接向 eNodeB发起去激活此 PDN连接下所有承载的 请求消息, 而是当 UE从空闲状态进入连接状态时, UE与 MME进行演进分组 ***承载上下文( EPS Bearer Context ) 的同步(该同步过程可釆用现有技术中 的方式来实现, 本文不再赘述); 在承载上下文的同步过程中, UE根据 MME 的指示, 删除相应的所述请求去激活 PDN的所有的 EPS承载( EPS Bearer ), 并在完成删除后通知 MME。
需要注意的是, 上述实施例中若被删除的 APN是 UE的 Default APN, 则 在完成 PDN连接的去激活过程之后, 即所述 PDN连接下所有的 EPS承载被删 除了之后 , 当 UE发现其 Default APN所对应的所有 EPS承载已被删除 , 并且 UE还使用其它的 PDN连接时 , 则 UE发起 UE Requested PDN Connectivity过 程, 此过程在标准 TS23.401v8.2.0的章节 5.10.2中已有定义, 本文不再赘述; 其中,在 UE发送的 PDN Connectivity Request消息中使用缺省 APN指示( Default APN Indicator )标识, 以指示 MME建立 Default APN的 EPS Bearer; 以此解决 了当 UE的 Default APN被删除时 , 重新建立 Default APN连接的问题。
此外, 上述实施例中传递请求或响应的各种消息格式, 只是在优选的方案 中使用的方式, 但并不局限于此, 本领域技术人员容易理解还可以通过其他消 息格式或方式来传递请求或响应, 此处不再赘述。
下面以上述实施例的方法步骤在***中的具体实现为例, 对上述实施例的 方法进行伴细说明:
本发明实施例 2, 如图 3所示, UE与 MME之间有 NAS信令连接时, HSS 触发的 PDN连接释放过程包括以下步骤:
S301 : HSS向 UE的当前 MME发送 Insert Subscriber Data消息。
S302: MME根据所述 HSS发送的消息获知 UE正在使用的一个 APN被签 约数据删除, 然后发送 Delete Bearer Request ( TEID, LBI )消息给 Serving GW, 请求删除此 PDN连接下所有的 EPS承载;
S303: Serving GW发送 Delete Bearer Request! TEID, LBI )消息给 PDN GW, 请求删除此 PDN连接下所有的 EPS承载;
S304: PDN GW删除了所述 PDN连接下所有 EPS承载后, 向 Serving GW 回应 Delete Bearer Response消息;
S305: PDN GW与 PCRF进行交互, 以指示 EPS承载被释放;
S306: Serving GW向 MME回应 Delete Bearer Response消息;
S307: MME向 eNodeB发送 SAE Bearer Release Command消息, 发起删 除此 PDN的所有无线接入承载请求, 同时 MME向 UE发送去激活承载请求 ( Deactivate Bearer Request ) 消息; 此 SAE Bearer Release Command消息以背 包 ( iggyback ) 方式包含所述的 Deactivate Bearer Request消息;
S308: eNodeB向 UE发送 Radio Resource Configuration请求消息, 请求 UE删除相应的无线资源,同时该请求消息以背包( piggyback )的方式包含 MME 向 UE发送的 Deactivate Bearer Request消息;
S309: UE删除了相应的 7 载及无线 7 载后,向 eNodeB回应 Radio Resource Configuration Response消息及向 MME回应 Deactivate Bearer Response消息; 其中, 该 Radio Resource Configuration Response响应消息以背包 ( iggyback )
S310: eNodeB接收到 UE发送的 Radio Resource Configuration Response消 息, 释放相应的无线承载与接入承载后, 向 MME发送 S1-MME接口的 SAE Bearer Release Complete消息; 同时, 该消息以背包( piggyback ) 的方式包含 UE发送给 MME的 Deactivate Bearer Response消息; 完成 PDN连接的释放过 程。
本发明实施例 3 , 如图 4所示, UE在空闲状态时, HSS触发的 PDN连接 释放过程包括以下步骤:
S401 : HSS向 UE的当前 MME发送 Insert Subscriber Data消息。
S402: MME根据所述 HSS发送的消息获知 UE使用的一个 APN被签约数 据删除, 然后发送 Delete Bearer Request ( TEID, LBI )消息给 Serving GW, 请 求删除此 PDN连接下所有的 EPS承载;
S403: Serving GW发送 Delete Bearer Request! TEID, LBI )消息给 PDN GW, 请求删除此 PDN连接下所有的 EPS承载;
S404: PDN GW删除了所述 PDN连接下所有 EPS承载后, 向 Serving GW 回应 Delete Bearer Response消息;
S405 PDN GW与 PCRF进行交互, 以指示 EPS承载被释放;
S406 Serving GW向 MME回应 Delete Bearer Response消息;
S407 因 UE处于空闲状态,没有建立与 MME之间的信令连接 ,此时 MME 不能直接向 eNodeB与 UE发送消息。 而是当 UE从空闲状态进入连接状态时, UE与 MME建立了信令连接,此时执行 UE与 MME之间的 EPS Bearer Context 的同步(该同步过程可釆用现有技术中的方式来实现, 本文不再赘述); 在承载 上下文的同步过程中, UE根据 MME的指示,删除相应的所述请求去激活 PDN 连接的所有的 EPS承载( EPS Bearer ), 并在完成删除后通知 MME。
在上述实施例 2和 3中, Serving GW与 PDN GW之间的 S5/S8接口 于 GTP协议 ( GPRS Tunneling Protocol, GPRS通用分组无线业务隧道协议 ), 如果 S5/S8接口使用 PMIP ( Proxy Mobile IP, 代理移动 IP )协议, 则图中标识 为 (A )所对应的步骤可釆用标准 TS23.402中定义步骤实现, 本文不再赘述。
可以看出, 釆用本发明的方法, 通过 HSS来触发 PDN连接的释放过程, 解决了用户的签约数据改变时 UE无法发起 PDN连接的释放过程之问题,同时 也解决了当 UE的 Default APN被网络删除时, 重新建立 Default APN连接的问 题; 并且对于现有***的改动较小, 并提高了***的性能, 同时也节省了*** 的开销。
基于上述思想,本发明实施例 4又提出了一种家乡用户服务器 HSS, 包括: 存储单元 501和触发单元 502; 其中,
所述存储单元 501用于: 存储用户的签约数据, 并当用户的签约数据改变 时通知所述触发单元 502;
所述触发单元 502用于: 根据存储单元 501的通知触发 PDN连接的释放。 其中, 所述触发单元 502进一步包括: 第一接收单元和第一发送单元; 所 述第一接收单元用于: 接收所述存储单元的通知; 所述第一发送单元用于: 根 据第一接收单元接收到的通知, 向用户终端的当前 MME发送***用户数据消 息, 以触发 PDN连接的释放。

其中, 所述第二请求单元进一步包括: 第二发送单元和第二接收单元; 所 述第二发送单元用于:向基站发送删除所述 PDN连接下所有无线接入承载的请 求,以通知基站释放相应的无线接入承载; 并向用户终端发送去激活 PDN连接 下所有承载请求, 以通知用户终端删除所述 PDN连接下所有的承载; 所述第二 接收单元用于:接收基站删除所述 PDN连接下所有无线接入承载后的响应及用 户终端删除所述 PDN连接下所有的承载后通过基站返回的响应。
需要注意的是, 上述实施例所述的装置通常是在演进分组***中完成其相 应的功能, 因此包含本发明实施例所述的装置的演进分组***也应包含在本发 明的保护范围之内, 具体本文不再赘述。

1、 一种实现 PDN连接释放的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 当用户在家乡用户服务器 HSS中的签约数据改变时, HSS通知移动性管理 实体 MME以触发分组数据网 PDN连接的释放;
MME根据所述 HSS的通知, 请求服务网关 Serving GW和分组数据网关 PDN GW删除所述 PDN连接下的所有承载;
然后 MME请求用户终端去激活所述 PDN连接的所有承载。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MME请求用户终端去 激活所述 PDN连接的所有承载包括:
MME向基站发起删除所述 PDN连接下所有的无线接入承载请求, 同时向 用户终端发起去激活 PDN连接下所有承载请求;
基站根据该删除请求释放相应的无线接入承载;
用户终端根据该去激活请求删除相应的承载上下文后, 通过基站向 MME 返回响应。

在演进分组***承载上下文同步过程中, UE根据 MME的请求,删除相应 的所述 PDN连接下的所有承载上下文。

11、 根据权利要求 10所述的 MME, 其特征在于, 所述第二请求单元进一 步包括: 第二发送单元和第二接收单元; 其中,
所述第二发送单元用于:向基站发送删除所述 PDN连接下所有无线接入承 载的请求, 以通知基站释放相应的无线接入承载; 同时向用户终端发送去激活 PDN连接下所有承载请求, 以通知用户终端删除所述 PDN连接下所有的承载; 所述第二接收单元用于:接收基站删除所述 PDN连接下所有无线接入承载 后的响应及用户终端删除所述 PDN连接下所有的承载后通过基站返回的响应。
12、一种实现 PDN连接释放的***, 其特征在于: 该***包括如权利要求 8至 9任意一项所述的 HSS和如权利要求 10至 11任意一项所述的 MME。
