本发明涉及移动通信领域, 尤其涉及 UE (User Equipment, 用户设备) 从 PS (packet switching, 分组交换) 域切换到 CS (circuit switching, 电路交换) 域的业务实现。
背景技术
3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project , 第三代合作项目)为了增强未来 网络的竞争能力, 正在研究一种全新的演进网络, 该全新的演进网络的***包 括 : 演进的 UMTS陆地无线接入网 ( E-UTRAN ,
Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network) , 用于实现所有与演进网络无 线有关的功能; 移动性管理网元 (如 MME, Mobility Management Entity) , 负 责控制面的移动性管理, 包括用户设备上下文和移动状态管理, 分配用户临时 身份标识等; 服务网关实体 (SGW, Serving Gateway) , 是 3GPP接入网络间的 用户面锚点 , 终止 E-TURAN的接口 ; 分组数据网络网关实体 ( PGW , Packet Data Network Gateway) 是 3GPP接入网络和非 3GPP接入网络之间的用户 面锚点, 终止和外部分组数据网络 (PDN, Packet Data Network) 的接口; 策略 和计费规则功能实体(PCRF, Policy and Charging Rule Function)用于策略控制 决定和流计费控制功能; 归属用户服务器(HSS, Home Subscriber Server)用于 存储 UE签约信息。
在现有技术中, 当 UE从 PS域切换到 CS域时, UE正在进行的业务的连续性 可能会遭到破坏。 例如, 在 SR VCC (Single Radio Voice Call Continuity, 单接 入***语音连续性)***中, 当 UE进行 SR VCC业务时, UE从 E-UTRAN网络切 换到 UTRAN/GERAN网络无法保证语音业务成功地由 PS域切换到 CS域, 会造成 用户正在进行的语音业务的中断。 发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种实现业务切换的方法、 装置及***, 以 保证 UE从 PS域切换到 CS域时, UE正在进行的业务的连续性。 一种实现业务切 换的方法, 其特征在于, 当用户设备 UE由分组域切换到电路域过程中: 移动交 换中心(MSC, Mobile Switching Center)接收移动性管理网元发送的切换请求; 所述移动交换中心获取所述 UE的 CAMEL (Customized Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic, 移动网络增强型逻辑的客户化应用) 数据; 所述移动 交换中心根据所述 CAMEL数据为所述 UE进行业务切换。
一种获取 CAMEL数据的方法, 其中, 当 UE的服务的移动性管理网元改变的 情况时, 源侧移动性管理网元在上下文传递过程中将 CAMEL数据发送给目标侧 移动性管理网元设备。
一种移动交换中心, 其中, 该移动交换中心包括接收单元, 获取单元, 处 理单元, 其中, 接收单元, 用于接收移动性管理网元发送的切换请求; 获取单 元, 用于获取 UE的 CAMEL数据; 处理单元, 用于根据所述 CAMEL数据为所述 UE进行业务切换。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
由于当 UE从 PS域 (例如: EUTRAN网络) 切换到 CS域 (例如: GE RAN/UTRAN网络的 CS域) 时, UE正在进行业务(在此以单接入***语音 连续业务(SR VCC)为例) , 此时需要将语音业务切换到 CS域并保证语音 连续性。 由于 UE不可能在切换前注册到 CS域中的 MSC, 即 MSC就不会从 HSS或 HLR中获取 UE的 CAMEL数据。 由于没有 CAMEL数据, 因此 MSC 无法将呼叫路由至 IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP 多媒体子***) 域, 从 而导致了语音切换失败。
需要说明的是, 本发明不仅可以运用到 SR VCC业务, 其他用到 CAMEL 数据的业务也可以应用。 其中, CAMEL数据可以指 UE相关的整个 CAMEL数 据或者特定业务相关的 CAMEL数据, 包括但不限于 TDP (Trigger Detection Point, 触发检测点) 列表(List) 、 GSMSCF (GSM Service Control Function, GSM业务控制功能) 地址、 业务密钥 (Service Key) , 本发明不对此做任何限 制。 但为便于描述, 下面的实施例中仅以 SR VCC业务为例进行说明。
图 1是本发明实施例一的业务切换方法流程图, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括 如下步骤:
步骤 101、 MSC接收 MME发送的切换请求;
步骤 102、 所述 MSC获取所述 UE的 CAMEL数据;
步骤 103、 所述 MSC根据所述 CAMEL数为所述 UE进行会话切换。 通过上述实施例中的步骤, 使得 MSC能够成功的发起业务切换流程, 能够 保证 UE正在进行的业务的连续性。
为了进一步理解本发明实施例, 以下结合图 2所示的本发明实施例二的业务 切换方法流程图进行详细的描述。
如图 2所示, 本实施例二的业务切换方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 201、 UE附着在 EUTRAN网络。
步骤 202、 移动性管理网元 (MME) 向 HSS或 HLR发送获取 CAMEL 数据的请求, HSS或 HLR将 CAMEL数据发送给 MME, 在此 CAMEL数据可以 为与 UE相关的整个 CAMEL数据。 该步骤具体可以为:
在用户鉴权或者位置更新的过程中,移动性管理网元和 HSS或者 HLR之间 执行位置更新和***签约数据流程, 将移动性管理网元的地址注册到 HSS或者 HLR中。同时 HSS或者 HLR将 UE的签约数据***到移动性管理网元中,该签 约数据中包括 UE的 CAMEL数据等。 其中, HSS或者 HLR也可以通过注册数 据将 UE的 CAMEL数据***到移动性管理网元。
在实际操作中, 移动性管理网元上也可以预先配置用户设备的 CAMEL数 据, 则无需步骤 202, 移动性管理网元可以将预先配置的 CAMEL数据发给 MSC。
步骤 203、 UE在不同网络间发生切换, 同时需要将正在进行的业务 (例如语音业务 SR VCC ) 从 EUTRAN网络切换到 GERAN/UTRAN 网络, eNodeB指示 MME进行切换。 该步骤具体可以为:
eNodeB发起 Handover Required (切换请求) 消息给 MME, 消息中携带 SR VCC indication (SR VCC指示) , 用于指示 MME进行 SR VCC切换。
本发明另一实施例中, 步骤 202可以在步骤 203之后, gp, eNodeB指示 MME进行语音切换时, MME再向 HLR或 HSS获取 CAMEL数据。
步骤 204、 MME发送切换请求给 MSC。 所述切换请求中携带了 CAME1数据, 或者 MME也可以通过其他的消息发送 CAMEL数据给 MSC。
步骤 205、 MSC获取 MME发送的消息中 CAMEL数据, 向 IMS域发起 会话请求, 进行会话切换。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 步骤 202中, 移动性管理网元 MME向 HSS 或 HLR发送的请求 CAMEL数据的消息, 其中携带所述 UE的用户设备能力信 息和 /或网络能力信息, HSS或 HLR根据所述用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力 信息, 过滤所述 UE的 CAMEL数据, 可将与用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力 信息对应的业务的 CAMEL数据发送给 MME。
其中, 用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息表示: 用户设备能力信息, 网 络能力信息, 或者, 用户设备能力信息和网络能力信息。
HSS或者 HLR可以根据用户设备能力信息和网络能力信息, 发送 CAMEL 数据给移动性管理网元, 移动性管理网元将 CAMEL数据发送给 MSC, MSC通 过 CAMEL数据发起会话切换请求到 IP多媒体子*** (IMS ) 域, 保证业务不 中断, 实现语音业务由 PS域切换到 CS域的语音连续性。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, CAMEL数据通过单独信元进行携带。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, CAMEL数据通过扩展现有信元进行携带, 其 中包括:
1、 HSS将扩展后携带 CAMEL数据的信元发送给 ΜΜΕ, MEE可以在切换 消息中直接携带 CAMEL数据的信元;
2、 HSS携带 CAMEL数据给 MME, 然后 MME扩展现有信元, 并发送扩 展后携带 CAMEL数据的现有信元给 MSC。
例如, 通过扩展 VDN (VCC Domain Transfer Number , VCC域转换号 码) 携带 CAMEL数据可以为:
HSS通过所述扩展的 VDN将 CAMEL数据发送给移动性管理网元; 或者
HSS将携带 CAMEL数据的信元发送给移动性管理网元, 移动性管理网元 扩展 VDN, 并通过切换请求消息, 携带扩展后的携带 CAMEL数据的 VDN发 送给移动交换中心。
图 3是本发明实施例三的业务切换方法流程图, 如图 3所示, 该业务切换 方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 301、 UE附着在 EUTRAN网络。
步骤 302、 UE在不同网络间发生切换, 同时需要将正在进行的业务 (例如语音业务 SR VCC ) 从 EUTRAN网络切换到 GERAN/UTRAN 网络, eNodeB指示 MME进行切换。 该步骤具体可以为:
eNodeB发起 Handover Required (切换请求) 消息给 MME, 消息中携带 SR VCC indication, 指示 MME进行 SR VCC切换。
步骤 303、 MME发送切换请求给 MSC, 通知 MSC, UE需要从 PS域切 换到 CS域, gp, 通知 MSC切换语音业务。
步骤 304、 MSC收到 MME发送的消息后, 此时由于 MSC没有 CAMEL 数据, MSC向 HSS或 HLR请求 CAMEL数据的请求, HSS或 HLR将 CAMEL数 据发送给 MSC, 在此 CAMEL数据可以为与 UE相关的整个 CAMEL数据。 该步 骤具体可以为:
MSC向 HSS或 HLR发送 Map Update Location Request (位置更新请求) 消息,消息中携带用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息。 HSS或 HLR根据所述 用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息将 UE 的签约数据或注册数据*** MSC 中, 其中签约数据或注册数据中携带 UE的 CAMEL数据。
步骤 305、 MSC收到 CAMEL数据后, 向 IMS域发起会话切换请求, 进行会话切换。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, 步骤 304中, MSC向 HSS或 HLR发送的请 求 CAMEL数据的请求消息中携带 UE的用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息, HSS或 HLR根据用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息,过滤 UE的 CAMEL数 据, 将与用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息对应的业务的 CAMEL数据发送 给 MSC。
其中, 用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息表示: 用户设备能力信息, 网 络能力信息, 或者, 用户设备能力信息和网络能力信息。
当 HSS或 HLR可以根据用户设备能力信息和网络能力信息,提供网络侧和 用户侧能够同时实现业务的 CAMEL数据, 进而能够保证业务连续不中断, 并 且给用户设备提供用户设备和网络侧同时支持的业务。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, CAMEL数据通过单独信元进行携带。
在本发明的另一个实施例中, CAMEL数据通过扩展现有信元进行携带。 图 4是本发明具体实施例四的信令流程图, 如图 4所示, UE在 E-UTRAN 网络附着过程中, MME从 HSS获取 UE的签约数据, 该签约数据包括 UE的 CAMEL数据, 当 UE进行语音业务、 并且由 EUTRAN网络切换到 GERAN/ UTRAN CS域时, MME在切换请求 (具体消息可以为转发切换请求 Forward Relocation Request) 消息中携带 UE的 CAMEL数据, 保证 MSC可将呼叫路由 至 IMS域, 帮助完成 SR VCC切换, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 401、 SR VCC UE发送附着请求消息(Attach Request)到移动性 管理网元。 对于 EUTRAN网络来说, 移动性管理网元为 MME。
步骤 402、 UE、移动性管理网元、 HSS之间执行鉴权(Authentication) 流程。
步骤 403、 移动性管理网元和 HSS之间执行位置更新和***签约数 据 (Update Location and Insert Subscriber Data) 流程, 将移动性管理网元的 地址注册到 HSS中。 其中, HSS将 UE的签约数据***到移动性管理网元中, 其中, 该签约数据中包括 UE的 CAMEL数据、 VDN、 MS ISDN ( Integrated Services Digital Network, 综合业务数字网) 等。
步骤 404、 移动性管理网元根据 UE使用的缺省 APN (接入点网络, Access Point Network) 选择 PGW, 发送创建缺省承载 ( Create default bearer ) 请求消息到 SGW进行缺省 PDN连接的创建, PGW建立完成后发送缺省承载建 立响应给 SGW、 MME。
步骤 405、 移动性管理网元回附着接受 (Attach Accept) 消息到 UE。 步骤 406、 移动性管理网元发送更新位置请求 (Update Location Request) 消息到 HSS , 消息中携带 UE使用的缺省 PDN连接的 APN和 PGW地 址信息。
步骤 407、 HSS保存 UE使用的 APN和 PGW地址信息, 返回位置更新 响应 ( Update Location Response ) 消息到移动性管理网元。
步骤 408、 UE在 EUTRAN网络的覆盖下, 发起语音呼叫, 随后切换 到 GERAN/UTRAN覆盖区。
步骤 409、 UE将测量报告发送给 eNodeB。
步骤 410、 eNodeB决定发起切换,并根据 UE的 SR VCC能力选择目标 小区来帮助完成 SR VCC切换, 发送切换请求 (Handover Required) 消息给 ΜΜΕ, 消息中携带 SR VCC indication, 指示 MME进行 SR VCC切换。

步骤 416、 因为有了步骤 411中的 CAMEL数据和 VDN, 使得 MSC可 以携带 VDN向 IMS域发起会话切换 (Initiation of Session Transfer) 。 在此过 程中, 更新远端 CS接入腿, 下行 VOIP ( Voice over Internet Protocol, 互联协 议上的语音传输)数据将从 CS接入腿转发。 其他业务中, MSC无需 VDN, 就 可以根据 CAMEL数据实现会话切换。
步骤 417、 MSC发送转发切换响应(Forward Relocation Response )消 息给 ΜΜΕ, 消息中携带 Target to Source Transparent Container。
步骤 418、 MME发送切换命令 (Handover Command) , 如 Target to Source Transparent Container消息给 eNodeB。
步骤 419、 eNodeB向 UE发送切换命令 (Handover Command) 消息。 步骤 420、 UE切换到目标 GERAN/UTRAN网络, 后续流程和现有实 现相同, 不再赘述。
图 5是本发明具体实施例五的信令流程图, 如图 5所示, 本实施例由 MSC 向 HSS/HLR获取 CAMEL数据,包括如下步骤:
步骤 501、 UE将测量报告发送给 eNodeB。 步骤 502、 eNodeB决定发起切换,并根据 UE的 SR VCC能力选择目标 小区来帮助完成 SR VCC切换, 发送切换请求 (Handover Required) 消息给 ΜΜΕ, 消息中携带 SR VCC indication, 指示 MME进行 SR VCC切换。
步骤 503、 MME根据 eNodeB携带的 SR VCC indication和语音 QCI发 送转发切换请求(Forward Relocation Request)消息给 MSC,消息中携带 VDN、 MSISDN、 MM context等。
步骤 504、 MSC收到 MME发送的消息后, 此时没有 CAMEL数据, 于 是向 HSS/HLR发送位置更新请求(Map Update Location Request)消息, 消息 中携带 IMSI、 MSC标识或者地址、 UE的网络能力信息。
步骤 505、 HSS/HLR根据 UE能力信息和 /或网络能力信息 (例如包含 SR VCC业务能力)将 UE的签约数据*** MSC中, 其中签约数据中携带 UE的 CAMEL数据。

EUTRAN网络来说,移动性管理网元为 MME, 该消息中携带 UE的能力信息, 该信息包括 UE的 SR VCC能力。

步骤 603、 移动性管理网元发送 Update Location消息给 HSS , 消息中 携带 UE的能力信息和 /或网络能力信息。 该信息主要为了获取跟业务相关的 签约数据, HSS将无关信息过滤掉。
步骤 604、 HSS根据 UE的 SRVCC能力信息过滤跟 SRVCC业务无关的
CAMEL数据并在***签约数据消息中携带给 MME, 消息中携带 SRVCC业务 相关的 CAMEL数据、 VDN、 MSISDN等信息。
步骤 605、 HSS发送位置更新应答给 MME, 表示位置更新完成。
步骤 606、 移动性管理网元根据 UE使用的缺省 APN选择 PGW, 发送 创建缺省承载请求消息到 SGW进行缺省 PDN连接的创建, PGW建立完成后发 送缺省承载建立响应给 SGW、 MME。
步骤 607、 移动性管理网元回附着接收消息到 UE。
步骤 608、 移动性管理网元发送更新位置请求消息到 HSS , 消息中携 带 UE使用的缺省 PDN连接的 APN和 PG W地址信息。 步骤 609、 HSS保存 UE使用的 APN和 PGW地址信息, 返回位置更新 响应消息到移动性管理网元。 后续其他流程不再赘述。
在本发明的具体实施例七中, 通过扩展 VDN将 CAMEL数据带给 MME或 者 MSC。 现有技术中 VDN由 HSS在 UE附着过程中带给 MME, 扩展后的 VD N结构如图 7所示。 也可以采用扩展其他现有的签约数据使之包含 CAMEL数 据, 在此不多做描述。本实施例七的流程图可以参考图 4, 以下结合图 4来详细 描述本实施例七, 本实施例的业务切换方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 701、 SRVCC UE发送附着请求消息到移动性管理网元。 对于 EUTRAN网络来说, 移动性管理网元为 MME。
步骤 702、 UE、 移动性管理网元、 HSS之间执行鉴权流程。
步骤 703、 移动性管理网元和 HSS之间执行位置更新和***签约数 据流程, 将移动性管理网元的地址注册到 HSS中。 HSS将 UE的签约数据*** 到移动性管理网元中, 其中该签约数据中包含扩展后的 VDN或者其他扩展后 的信元、 MSCISDN等, 其中扩展后的 VDN或者其他扩展后的信元中包含 UE 的 CAMEL数据。
步骤 704—步骤 710、 同实施例四中步骤 404—步骤 410所描述。
步骤 711、 MME根据 eNodeB携带的 SR VCC indication和语音 QCI发 送转发切换请求 Forward Relocation Request消息给 MSC, 消息中携带扩展后 的 VDN或者其他扩展后的签约数据、 MSISDN、 MM context等。
步骤 712、 MSC 发送 Prepare Handover Request消息给目标 MSC。 CS 的安全上下文由 MM上下文映射而来。
步骤 713、 目标 MSC跟目标接入网侧之间通过交换 Handover Request/Acknowledge消息来完成目标侧资源分配。
步骤 714、 目标 MSC发送 Prepare Handover Response消息给 MSC。 步骤 715、 目标 MSC/MGW和 MSC之间通过 IAM和 ACM消息来建立 电路。 步骤 716、 因为有了步骤 711中的 扩展后的 VDN,MSC解析扩展后的 VDN获取 CAMEL数据, 使得 MSC可以携带原 VDN向 IMS域发起会话切换。 在此过程中, 更新远端 CS接入腿, 下行 VOIP数据将从 CS接入腿转发。 后续 步骤 701-720同实施例四中步骤 417—步骤 420的描述。
图 8是本发明的具体实施例八的信令流程图,如图 8所示, 当 UE的服务移 动性管理网元发生改变时,需要将签约数据中扩展的签约数据 VDN或者其他扩 展后的信元或者单独的 CAMEL数据、 VDN在上下文传送过程中带给下一个服 务 UE的移动性管理网元, 以跟踪区更新 (TAU) 为例来描述。
步骤 801、 由于 SRVCC UE的移动到了一个新的跟踪区, 用户设备发 送跟踪区更新请求 (TAU Request) 给目标侧移动性管理网元 (MME) 。
步骤 802、 目标侧 MME发送上下文请求到源侧 MME, 请求用户设备 的上下文信息。
步骤 803、 源侧 MME将该用户设备相关的上下文信息通过 Context Response消息带给目标侧 MME,其中上下文中携带单独的 CAMEL数据、 VDN 数据或者扩展后的 VDN或者其他扩展后的信元。
步骤 804、 UE、 目标侧 MME、 HSS进行鉴权。
步骤 805、 目标侧 MME收到上下文后, 发送上下文应答 (Context Ack) 给源侧 MME。
步骤 806、 目标侧 MME和 HSS进行位置更新流程和***签约数据流 程。
步骤 807、 目标侧 MME发送跟踪区更新接受 (TAU Accept) 消息给
UE。
图 9是本发明的具体实施例九的信令流程图, 如图 9所示, 本实施例以切 换为例来描述当 UE的服务移动性管理实体发生改变时,需要将签约数据中扩展 的签约数据 VDN或者其他扩展后的签约数据或者单独的 CAMEL数据、 VDN 在上下文传送过程中带给下一个服务 UE的移动性管理网元。 eNodeB决定发起切换流程。
eNodeB发送切换请求 Handover Required消息给源 源侧 MME将发送 Forward Relocation Request消息给目标 侧 MME, 消息中携带 MM上下文、 MSISDN、 单独的 CAMEL数据、 VDN数据 或者扩展后的 VDN (携带 CAMEL数据) 或者其他扩展后的信元。
步骤 904、 目标侧 MME发送 Handover Request消息给目标侧 eNodeB , 其中, 消息中携带用户面的服务网关地址和上行隧道标识。 该消息主要为在 target eNodeB 中生成 UE context。 主要包括承载信息和安全上下文信息。
步骤 905、 目标 eNodeB发送 Handover Request Acknowledge消息给目 标侧 MME.。 该消息包括 S1_U接口下行数据面地址和 TEID。
步骤 906、 目标侧 MME发送 Forward Relocation Response消息给源侧
MME。
步骤 907、 源侧 MME发送 Handover Command消息给源侧 eNodeB。 步骤 908、 源侧 eNodeB发送 Handover Command通知 UE切换到目标 侧网络。
步骤 909、 当 UE成功切换到目标小区后, 发送 Handover Confirm消息 给目标 eNodeB
目标 eNodeB发送 Handover Notify消息给目标 MME。
目标侧 MME发送 Forward Relocation Complete给源侧 MME。 源侧 MME发送 Forward Relocation Complete Acknowledge 给目标侧 MME.
步骤 912、 源侧 MME发送 Forward Relocation Complete Ack消息给目 标侧 MME。
步骤 913、 UE的服务 MME发生改变,所以发起 TAU流程来完成 GUTI 重分配和 TAI list分配。 如图 10, 为本发明实施例的***图, 包括用户设备 (UE) 10, 移动交换中 心 (MSC) 20, 移动性管理网元(MME) 30, HSS或 HLR40, 其中, 移动交换 中心 20进一步包括接收单元 204, 获取单元 202, 处理单元 201, 其中,
移动交换中心 20的接收单元 204接收移动性管理网元 (MME) 30的切换 请求, 移动交换中心 20的获取单元 202获取 UE的 CAMEL数据, 移动交换中 心 20的处理单元 201, 用于根据所述 CAMEL数据为所述 UE进行业务切换。
进一步, 所述移动交换中心还包括发送单元 203,
移动交换中心 20的发送单元 203, 用于向 HSS或 HLR40发送请求 CAME L数据的消息, 接收单元 204, 用于接收 HSS或 HLR40发送的携带 CAMEL数 据的消息, 获取单元 202, 用于从所述携带 CAMEL数据的消息中获取 CAMEL 数据。
本发明的另一个实施例中,
所述移动性管理网元(MME) 30进一步包括发送单元 301, 接收单元 303, 移动性管理网元 MME30的发送单元 301用于向 HSS或 HLR40发送获取 C AMEL数据的请求, 接收单元 303, 用于接收来自 HSS或 HLR40的 CAMEL数 据,发送单元 301向移动交换中心的接收单元 204发送接收单元 303收到的 CA MEL数据。
移动交换中心的获取单元 202,用于从所述的接收单元 204中收到的携带 C AMEL数据的消息中, 获取 CAMEL数据。
其中,移动性管理网元 MME30发送单元 301可以直接通过切换请求向移动 交换中心的接收单元 204发送 CAMEL数据, 则移动交换中心的获取单元 202 从所述的切换请求消息中获取 CAMEL数据。
进一步,
移动性管理网元 MME还包括封装单元 302,封装单元 302用于将接收单元 303收到的独立的 CAMEL数据信元封装入非 CAMEL信元, 由发送单元 301发 送所述携带 CAMEL数据的非 CAMEL信元。 通过以上的实施方式的描述, 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发 明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但 很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质 上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算 机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬盘或光盘等, 包 括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络 设备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发 明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现业务切换的方法, 其特征在于, 当用户设备 UE由分组域切换 到电路域过程中:
移动交换中心接收移动性管理网元发送的切换请求;
所述移动交换中心获取所述 UE的移动网络增强型逻辑的客户化应用 CAM EL数据;
所述移动交换中心根据所述 CAMEL数据为所述 UE进行业务切换。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动交换中心获取所述 U E的 CAMEL数据具体为:
所述移动交换中心向归属用户服务器 HSS或归属位置寄存器 HLR发送请求 CAMEL数据的消息;
所述 HSS或 HLR根据所述请求 CAMEL数据的消息,将所述 UE的 CAME L数据发送给所述移动交换中心。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求 CAMEL数据的消息 携带用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息, 所述方法还包括:
所述 HSS或 HLR根据所述用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息, 将与所 述用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息对应的业务的 CAMEL数据发送给所述 移动交换中心。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 通过以下方式之一将所述 UE 的 CAMEL数据发送给移动交换中心:
所述 CAMEL数据作为独立信元下发;
通过携带 CAMEL数据的信元将其带给移动交换中心。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述移动性管理网元向所述移动交换中心发送携带 CAMEL数据的消息。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管理网元向所述移 动交换中心发送携带了 CAMEL数据的消息具体为:
所述携带 CAMEL数据的消息为所述移动性管理网元向所述移动交换中心 发送的所述切换请求;
所述移动交换中心获取所述 UE的 CAMEL数据具体为:
所述移动交换中心从所述切换请求中获取所述 UE的 CAMEL数据。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述移动性管理网元向所述 移动交换中心发送携带 CAMEL数据的消息之前还包括,
所述移动性管理网元向 HSS或 HLR发送请求 CAMEL数据的消息; 移动性管理网元收到来自所述 HSS或 HLR的携带 CAMEL数据的消息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述请求 CAMEL数据的消息中携带所述 UE的用户设备能力信息和 /或网 络能力信息;
所述 HSS或 HLR根据所述用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息, 将与所 述用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息对应的业务的 CAMEL数据发送给所述 移动性管理网元。
9、 如权利要求 3或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述 HSS或 HLR根据所述用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息过滤所述
UE的 CAMEL数据,获得与所述用户设备能力信息和 /或网络能力信息对应的业 务的 CAMEL数据。
10、 如权利要求 5或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述 CAMEL数据作为独立信元下发给所述移动交换中心, 或者
所述 CAMEL数据通过携带 CAMEL数据的信元发送所述移动交换中心。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 CAMEL数据通过携带
CAMEL数据的信元发送所述移动交换中心具体为:
HSS通过扩展的 VCC域转换号码 VDN将所述 CAMEL数据发送给所述移 动性管理网元; 或者 HSS向所述移动性管理网元发送 CAMEL数据, 所述移动性管理网元扩展 VDN, 并通过切换请求消息,将携带 CAMEL数据的 VDN发送给所述移动交换 中心。
12、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 用户设备当前正在进行语音 业务, 所述切换请求中携带 VDN, 则所述移动交换中心根据所述 CAMEL数据 为所述 UE进行业务切换具体为:
所述移动交换中心根据所述 CAMEL数据和 VDN为所述 UE进行语音业务 切换。
13、一种获取 CAMEL数据的方法, 其特征在于, 当 UE的服务的移动性管 理网元改变的情况时, 该方法包括:
源侧移动性管理网元在上下文传递过程中将 CAMEL数据发送给目标侧移 动性管理网元设备。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述源侧移动性管理网元在 上下文传递过程中将 CAMEL数据发送给目标侧移动性管理网元设备之前包括: 所述源侧移动性管理网元收到跟踪区更新请求, 或者所述源侧移动性管理 网元收到切换请求。
15、 一种移动交换中心, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收移动性管理网元发送的切换请求;
获取单元, 用于获取 UE的 CAMEL数据;
处理单元, 用于根据所述 CAMEL数据为所述 UE进行业务切换。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的移动交换中心, 其特征在于, 所述移动交换中心 进一步包括:
发送单元, 用于向 HSS或 HLR发送请求 CAMEL数据的消息;
接收单元, 用于接收所述 HSS或 HLR发送的携带 CAMEL数据的消息; 获取单元,用于从所述 HSS或 HLR发送的携带 CAMEL数据的消息中获取 CAMEL数据。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的移动交换中心, 其特征在于,
所述接收单元, 还用于接收移动性管理网元发送的携带 CAMEL数据的消 息;
所述获取单元, 还用于从所述接收单元中收到的携带 CAMEL数据的消息 中, 获取 CAMEL数据。
18、 如权利要求 15所述的移动交换中心, 其特征在于,
所述接收单元接收的移动性管理网元发送的切换请求中携带了 CAMEL数 据;
所述获取单元, 还用于从所述的切换请求消息中获取 CAMEL数据。
19、 一种移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元,用于向 HSS或 HLR发送获取 CAMEL数据的请求, 并且发送接 收单元收到的 CAMEL数据;
所述接收单元, 用于接收来自 HSS或 HLR的 CAMEL数据。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 所述封装单元, 用于将接收单元收到的独立的 CAMEL数据信元封装入非
CAMEL信元, 由所述发送单元发送所述携带 CAMEL数据的非 CAMEL信元。
21、 一种通讯***, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动管理实体, 用于向移动交换中心发送切换请求;
所述移动交换中心, 用于收到所述切换请求后, 获取 UE的 CAMEL数据, 并根据 UE的 CAMEL数据进行会话切换。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的通讯***, 其特征在于, 所述通讯***还包括: HSS或 HLR;
所述移动交换中心,还用于在收到所述切换请求后, 向所述 HSS或 HLR发 送获取用户设备 CAMEL数据的请求;
所述 HSS或 HLR, 用于向所述移动交换中心返回 UE的 CAMEL数据。
