Abstract
Description
図1及び図2を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの構成について説明する。
図3乃至図8を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムの動作について説明する。
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムによれば、公衆エリアの近傍或いは公衆エリア内において、「エリア限定サービス」が提供されるプライベートエリアが設けられた場合、かかる公衆エリアに配置されている「公衆エリアサービス」用無線基地局#a2が「エリア限定サービス」を補完することによって、プライベートエリア(例えば、内線エリアの端等)において「公衆エリアサービス」の通信の影響が強い場合であっても、「エリア限定サービス」の通信品質の劣化を防ぐことができる。
図9を参照して、本発明の変更例1に係る移動通信システムについて、上述の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムとの相違点に着目して説明する。
上述の実施形態では、W-CDMA方式の移動通信システムを例に挙げて説明されているが、本発明は、かかる移動通信システムに限定されるものではなく、例えば、LTE(Long Term Evolution)方式の移動通信システムにも適用可能である。
Claims (8)
- 第1サービス用無線基地局を介して第1サービス用無線通信データ合成装置と移動局との間で第1無線アクセスリンクが設定されている際に、第2サービス用無線基地局を介して該第1サービス用無線通信データ合成装置と該移動局との間で第2無線アクセスリンクを設定する工程と、
前記第1サービス用無線基地局が、前記移動局から送信された第1サービス用データを該第1無線アクセスリンクを介して前記第1サービス用無線通信データ合成装置に対して転送する工程と、
前記第2サービス用無線基地局が、前記移動局から送信された第1サービス用データを該第2無線アクセスリンクを介して前記第1サービス用無線通信データ合成装置に対して転送する工程と、
前記第1サービス用無線通信データ合成装置が、前記第1サービス用無線基地局から転送された前記第1サービス用データ及び前記第2サービス用無線基地局から転送された前記第1サービス用データを合成する工程とを有することを特徴とする移動通信方法。 - 前記第2サービス用無線基地局において前記第2無線アクセスリンクの設定を許可するか否かについて示す設定許可情報が管理されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。
- 前記無線アクセスリンクが設定された場合に、前記移動局に対して所定ガイダンス情報を通知する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。
- 前記無線アクセスリンクが設定された場合に、その旨を示す課金情報を生成する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動通信方法。
- 第2サービス用データを送受信するように構成されている無線基地局であって、
第1サービス用無線基地局を介して第1サービス用無線通信データ合成装置と移動局との間で第1無線アクセスリンクが設定されている際に、該第1サービス用無線通信データ合成装置との間でアクセスリンクを設定し、該移動局との間で無線リンクを設定するように構成されている無線アクセスリンク設定部と、
前記移動局から前記無線リンクを介して送信された第1サービス用データを、前記アクセスリンクを介して前記第1サービス用無線通信データ合成装置に対して転送するように構成されている転送部を具備することを特徴とする無線基地局。 - 前記無線基地局において前記無線リンク及び前記アクセスリンクの設定を許可するか否かについて示す設定許可情報を管理するように構成されている管理部を具備することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の無線基地局。
- 前記無線アクセスリンクが設定された場合に、前記移動局に対して所定ガイダンス情報を通知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の無線基地局。
- 前記無線アクセスリンクが設定された場合に、その旨を示す課金情報を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の無線基地局。
