The amount of optional components in the form of functional additives in the composition of the mixture for the manufacture of the core of the drywall according to the invention is not more than May 2. %
Осуществление изобретенияThe implementation of the invention
Volumetric hollow filler particles, which can have diameters from 0.05 to 2.5 mm and when combined in the form of at least two fractions of different diameters, form dense packages that occupy most of the volume of the drywall core of the invention, due to the presence of air in the filler particles, the density and thermal conductivity of the drywall according to the invention are substantially reduced, and the sound insulation characteristics are increased. The use in the core for the manufacture of drywall according to the invention of an excipient having a lower density than gypsum provides a reduction in the weight of the drywall according to the invention with respect to the similar in size and thickness of the drywall according to the invention and drywall produced by the industry at the time of registration of this patent application. As a result, the mass of 1 square. meters of drywall according to the invention with a thickness of 9.5 mm can be reduced to 1 kg / sq. meter, if you use 95% perlite, 5% gypsum and a percentage of acrylic copolymers and basalt or polymer fiber (for comparison: the minimum weight of 1 square meter of drywall 9.5 mm thick produced by industry is not less than 7 kg / sq. meter). Moreover, the drywall according to the invention weighing 1 kg / sq. meter and a thickness of 9.5 mm has lower heat and sound conductivity compared to drywall of similar thickness produced by industry. The reduced gypsum content due to the inclusion of the proposed filler in the core increases the moisture resistance of the material. The increased fire resistance of drywall according to the invention is ensured by reducing the proportion of gypsum in the core due to the inclusion of a fire-retardant filler, for example, perlite having a melting point + 900 ° C, or vermiculite having a melting point + 1350 ° C, or aluminosilicate microspheres having a temperature melting point + 1400 ° C.
Fiber fiber is an essential component of the composition of the mixture for the manufacture of the core of the drywall according to the invention. Fibers have high tensile strength, often exceeding the strength of steel, density, close to the density of the binders, which contributes to a uniform distribution of fiber in the volume of the binder with stirring. At the same time, the fiber, more or less evenly distributed in the core volume, is adjacent to several hundred and thousands of filler and binder particles with each of its segments, while a separate segment of the fiber, enveloping the filler particles, inevitably deforms and acquires a slightly wavy shape, following the curvature of the surface of the filler particles and increasing the contact area of each fiber with filler particles. In this case, in comparison with the adhesion force of the straight segment of the fiber with the filler particle, the effect of enhancing the cohesion of the filler and the fiber is significantly increased. In this case, the binder plays the role of an adhesive that binds the filler particles and the fiber into a monolithic reinforced structure, and due to the close packing of the filler particles close to each other, the required binder consumption is negligible. After the curing of the binder, the fiber becomes that distributed reinforcement that takes up almost all the tensile loads of the core, redistributing the latter between the associated filler particles, thereby achieving the increased toughness of the drywall according to the invention.
To increase the adhesion strength, or cohesion, fiber and filler particles, water-soluble polymers are added to the mixture, the coalescence and curing of which takes place in the presence of water, while their interaction with calcium-containing gypsum ensures good cohesion of the filler, fiber and gypsum when adding water, which is achieved uniformity of density and strength of drywall core. An additional factor that positively affects the tensile strength of the proposed drywall is the deformation of the fiber segments by the tight packing of the filler particles, due to which the contact length of the fiber segment with the filler increases, the fiber segment acquires a slightly wavy shape, providing increased ultimate elongation of the sheet of the gypsum board.
Необязательные компоненты, известные функциональные добавки в различных сочетаниях и различного назначения придают предлагаемому составу смеси сердцевины гипсокартона по изобретению дополнительные полезные свойства.
Промышленная применимостьOptional components, known functional additives in various combinations and for various purposes give the proposed composition of the drywall core mixture of the invention additional useful properties. Industrial applicability
Использование гипсокартона по изобретению в строительстве и ремонте позволяет улучшить тепло- и звукоизоляцию и повысить пожаростойкость внутри помещений, снизить издержки на транспортировку и хранение гипсокартона, а также уменьшить трудоемкость его применения за счет снижения его веса.
