存储单元, 用于存储所述解析单元解析出的所述紧急服务信息。 可见, 采用本发明的技术方案, 当 UE需要进行附着更新时, 由 UE 向服务 MME发送表示附着更新的消息, 服务 MME接收到该消息后, 向 UE返回表示附着更新成功或失败的消息, 并将 UE请求附着的网络 所支持的紧急服务信息, 通过上述表示附着更新成功或失败的消息发送 给 UE。与现有技术相比,本发明所述方案使得 UE能够及时获取到适用 的紧急服务信息, 从而在所附着的网络中成功开展紧急服务, 避免移动 用户的损失; 而且, 本发明所述方案筒捷易行, 对规范的影响极小, 便 于普及。 附图简要说明
下面将通过参照附图详细描述本发明的示例性实施例, 使本领域的 普通技术人员更清楚本发明的上述及其它特征和优点, 附图中:
图 1是现有相互兼容的 GPRS网络与 EPS网络架构示意图; 图 2是本发明实施例一中 UE获取紧急服务信息的流程图; 图 3是本发明实施例二中 UE获取紧急服务信息的流程图; 图 4是本发明的实施例中 MME的结构示意图;
图 5是本发明的实施例中 UE的结构示意图。 实施本发明的方式 本发明中, 为能够及时更新 UE上所存储的紧急服务信息, 当 UE 在 EPS 网络的某服务区时, 若 UE发送表示附着更新的消息给服务 MME, 则由服务 MME将该服务区中的网络所支持的紧急服务信息, 通 过表示附着更新成功或失败的消息,发送给 UE,使 UE获取到紧急服务 信息。
所谓网络所支持的紧急服务信息是指, UE所在服务区的网络中的 紧急服务所涉及的紧急 APN, 以及该紧急 APN所负责的一个或多个紧 急呼叫号码, 或紧急呼叫号码列表。
为使本发明的技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图作进一步 详细描述。
实施例一:
本实施例一中, 假设 UE在某服务区重新附着, 如开机, 则 UE发 送给服务 MME 的表示附着更新的消息可以是附着请求消息 (Attach Request )。 参见图 2, 图 2是本实施例一中 UE获取紧急服务信息的流程 图, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 201、 UE发起网络附着过程,向服务 MME发送附着请求消息。 该附着请求消息中包含 UE标识及其它附着所需信息,如附着类型、 UE网络能力, 以及请求为 UE分配附着后接入 PDN网络的地址的相关 信息等。 UE 标识可以是用户永久标识 (IMSI , International Mobile Subscriber Identity )或用户临时标识 ( GUTI, Globally Unique Temporary Identity )。
步骤 202、服务 MME基于获知的 UE签约信息,对 UE进行认证处 理。
步骤 203、 服务 MME对 UE认证成功后, 基于现有规范向 HSS发 起 UE的位置更新过程和签约数据***过程, 更新 HSS上的 UE的位置 等信息。
步骤 204、服务 MME根据所获取的签约数据确定是否能够为该 UE 提供正常的服务,若不能,则执行步骤 205a;若能够,则执行步骤 205b。
举例说明, 假设某 UE是全球通的签约用户, 那么根据 UE的签约 数据可知, 该 UE的业务可在全球范围内开展, 所以服务 MME可为该 UE提供服务; 但如果 UE是地区性的签约用户, 则 UE在移动到非签约 地区后, 非签约地区的服务 MME根据签约数据, 将不会为该 UE提供 服务。
在实际应用中, 若服务 MME是处理 UE的上一次附着的 MME, 则该服务 MME上暂存有 UE的签约数据, 否则, 服务 MME可从 UE 发送的 GUTI中获知处理 UE的上一次附着的源 MME,从源 MME上获 取到 UE的签约数据, 从而避免再从上一级用户签约服务器(HSS )上 获取 UE的签约数据, 以减轻 HSS的处理负荷。 有关服务 MME从源 MME或从 HSS上获取 UE的签约数据的流程可参见相关规范, 不作赘 述。
步骤 205a、 服务 MME做出附着拒绝决策, 向 UE返回表示附着更 新失败的消息, 即附着拒绝(Attach Reject ) 消息, 且该附着拒绝消息 中携带有 UE所请求附着的网络所支持的紧急服务信息, 然后执行步骤 206。 步骤 205b、 服务 MME基于现有规范, 向 Serving GW发起建立默 认承载的过程, 在 Serving GW与 PDN GW之间建立默认承载, 并在接 收到 Serving GW返回的表示创建默认承载成功的消息后,向 UE返回表 示附着更新成功的附着接受(Attach Accept ) 消息, 该附着接受消息中 除携带有规范所规定的 UE标识、 默认承载标识(EPS bearer ID ), 以及 跟踪区标识列表等附着成功信息之外, 还将进一步携带有 UE附着的网 络所支持的紧急服务信息, 然后执行步骤 206。
步骤 206、 UE接收并解析服务 MME返回的携带有紧急服务信息的 消息, 并将解析出的紧急服务信息进行存储, 结束流程。
步骤 206中, UE接收到的携带有紧急服务信息的消息为附着接受 消息或附着拒绝消息。
后续, 若 UE在所附着的网络内需要发起紧急服务请求, 则可将获 取到的该网络所支持的紧急服务信息发送给网络侧。
另夕卜, 在实际应用中, 服务 MME从源 MME获取到 UE的签约数 据后, 基于现有相关规范, 后续服务 MME还可进一步向 HSS发起 UE 的位置更新过程, 与 HSS之间交互 UE的信息, 包括新位置的信息。
实施例二:
本实施例二中, 假设 UE成功附着到一个服务区 M (也可称为跟踪 区 M )后, 移动到另一个跟踪区 N, 为保证 UE能够在跟踪区 N成功发 起紧急服务请求, 需要更新 UE上存储的紧急服务信息。本实施例二中, UE向跟踪区 N中的服务 MME发送的表示附着更新的消息为跟踪区更 新请求消息 ( Tracking Area Update Request )。
参见图 3, 图 3是本实施例二中 UE获取紧急服务信息的流程图, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 301、 UE发起跟踪区更新过程, 向服务 MME发送跟踪区更新 清求消息。
该跟踪区更新请求消息中携带有相关规范所指定的信息, 如用户标 识(用户临时标识 GUTI )以及最近一次拜访的跟踪区标识( lasted visited TAD等。
步骤 302、 服务 MME从跟踪区 M所在的源 MME获取到的 UE的 签约数据, 对 UE进行认证处理。
步骤 303、服务 MME对 UE认证成功后,基于现有规范,向 Serving GW发送创建承载请求消息, 指示 Serving GW向 PDN GW进行更新承 载的请求和响应过程; 更新承载完成后, Serving GW向服务 MME返回 创建承载响应消息, 指示更新承载完成。
步骤 304、服务 MME接收到 Serving GW返回的创建承载响应消息 后, 基于现有规范, 向 HSS发起位置更新过程和签约数据***过程, 与 HSS之间交互 UE的位置及承载等更新信息。
步骤 305、 服务 MME根据从源 MME获取到的 UE的签约数据确 定是否能够为 UE提供正常的服务, 若不能, 则执行步骤 306a; 若能, 则执行步骤 306b。
步骤 306a、 MME作出附着拒绝决策, 向 UE返回表示附着失败的 跟踪区更新拒绝消息( Tracking Area Update Reject ) , 该消息中携带有网 络所支持的紧急服务信息, 然后执行步骤 306。
步骤 306b、服务 MME向 UE返回表示跟踪区更新成功的跟踪区更 新接受消息( Tracking Area Update Accept ) , 该消息中除携带有用户临时 标识 GUTI以及跟踪区标识列表等信息之外, 还将进一步携带有紧急服 务信息。
所述紧急服务信息包括紧急呼叫号码以及紧急 ΑΡΝ等。
另外, 跟踪区更新接受消息中的 GUTI由服务 MME分配, 与步骤 301中的 GUTI不同。
步骤 307、 UE接收并解析服务 MME返回的携带有紧急服务信息的 消息, 并将解析出的紧急服务信息进行存储, 结束流程。
步骤 307中, UE接收到的携带有紧急服务信息的消息为跟踪区更 新接受消息或跟踪区更新拒绝消息。
后续, 若 UE在所附着的网络内需要发起紧急服务请求, 则可将所 获取到的该网络能够支持的紧急服务信息发送给网络侧。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例二的流程中, 服务 MME通过跟踪区更 新过程将所在网络支持的紧急服务信息发送给 UE的做法可适用于 EPS 网络的切换流程、 无线接入网 (GERAN , GSM Edge Radio Access Network, GSM/Edge )到 E-UTRAN的切换流程、 UTRAN到 E-UTRAN 的切换流程、 GERAN到 E-UTRAN的跟踪区更新流程, 以及 UTRAN 到 E-UTRAN的跟踪区更新流程。
基于上述方案, 本发明同时提供了一种紧急服务信息的获取***, 包括: UE以及服务 MME; 其中,
UE ,用于向服务 MME发送表示附着更新的消息,并接收服务 MME 返回的表示附着更新成功或失败的消息, 并解析出其中携带的紧急服务 信息;
服务 MME,用于接收来自 UE的表示附着更新的消息,向 UE返回 表示附着更新成功或失败的消息, 所述表示附着更新成功或失败的消息 中携带有服务 MME所在网络所支持的紧急服务信息。
其中, UE和服务 MME的具体结构分别如图 4和 5所示。
参见图 4, 图 4是本发明的实施例中 MME的结构示意图, 包括以 下单元: 信息收发处理单元 401和消息构造单元 402; 其中,
信息收发处理单元 401 ,用于接收来自 UE的表示附着更新的消息, 并将消息构造单元 402构造出的表示附着更新成功或失败的消息发送给 UE;
消息构造单元 402, 用于当信息收发处理单元 401接收到表示附着 更新的消息后, 构造表示附着更新成功或失败的消息, 且该消息中携带 有 MME所在网络所支持的紧急服务信息。
参见图 5, 图 5是本发明的实施例中 UE的结构示意图, 包括: 信 息收发处理单元 501和解析单元 502; 其中,
信息收发处理单元 501 , 用于向服务 MME发送表示附着更新的消 息, 并接收服务 MME返回的表示附着更新成功或失败的消息;
解析单元 502, 用于解析出服务 MME返回的表示附着更新成功或 失败的消息中携带的服务 MME所在网络所支持的紧急服务信息。
此外, 图 5所示 UE中还可进一步包括: 存储单元 503, 用于存储 解析单元 502解析出的紧急服务信息。 该存储单元 502可以是通用集成 电路卡(UICC, Universal Integrated Circuit Card ), 或是移动设备本身。
总之, 采用本发明的技术方案, 当 UE需要进行附着更新时, 由 UE 向服务 MME发送表示附着更新的消息, 服务 MME收到该消息后, 向 UE返回表示附着更新成功或失败的消息,并将 UE请求附着的网络所支 持的紧急服务信息, 通过上述表示附着更新成功或失败的消息发送给 UE。 与现有技术相比, 本发明所述方案中, 无论 UE是跨国漫游还是国 内跨区域移动, 或是运营商更新了紧急服务信息, 均可通过 UE的重附 着或跟踪区更新等过程, 使 UE及时获取到适用的紧急服务信息, 从而 在所在网络中成功开展紧急服务, 避免移动用户的损失; 而且, 本发明 所述方案筒捷易行, 对规范的影响极小, 便于普及。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例仅用于举例说明, 并不用于限制本发明 的技术方案。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换 和改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种紧急服务信息的获取方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
A、 用户设备 UE向服务移动管理实体 MME发送表示附着更新的 消息;
B、 所述服务 MME接收到所述表示附着更新的消息后, 将表示附 着更新成功或失败的消息发送给所述 UE, 所述表示附着更新成功或失 败的消息中携带有所述服务 MME所在网络所支持的紧急服务信息;
C、 所述 UE解析出接收到的表示附着成功或失败的消息中携带的 紧急 务信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述表示附着更新的消息包括: 附着请求消息 Attach Request; 所述表示附着更新成功的消息包括: 附着接受消息 Attach Accept; 所述表示附着更新失败的消息包括: 附着拒绝消息 Attach Reject„
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述表示附着更新的消息包括: 跟踪区更新请求消息 Tracking Area Update Request;
所述表示附着更新成功的消息包括: 跟踪区更新接受消息 Tracking Area Update Accept;
所述表示附着更新失败的消息包括: 跟踪区更新拒绝消息 Tracking Area Update Reject。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 步骤 B之前,进一步包括:在所述服务 MME上设置所述紧急服务信息; 或,
所述服务 MME接收到所述表示附着更新的消息后, 进一步包括: 紧急服务信息, 所述紧急服务信息被预先配置在所述 HSS上。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 步骤 C之后, 进一步包括:
所述 UE存储所述紧急服务信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1 ~ 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述紧 急服务信息包括: 一个或多个紧急呼叫号码, 以及与所述一个或多个紧 急呼叫号码相对应的紧急接入点名称 APN。
7、 一种紧急服务信息的获取***, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户设备 UE以及良务移动管理实体 MME;
所述 UE, 用于向所述服务 MME发送表示附着更新的消息, 并接 收所述服务 MME返回的表示附着更新成功或失败的消息, 解析出其中 携带的紧急服务信息;
所述服务 MME, 用于接收来自所述 UE的表示附着更新的消息, 并向所述 UE返回表示附着更新成功或失败的消息, 所述表示附着更新 成功或失败的消息中携带有所述服务 MME所在网络所支持的紧急服务 信息。
8、 一种移动管理实体, 其特征在于, 包括: 信息收发处理单元和 消息构造单元;
所述信息收发处理单元, 用于接收来自用户设备 UE的表示附着更 新的消息, 并将所述消息构造单元构造出的表示附着更新成功或失败的 消息发送给所述 UE;
所述消息构造单元, 用于当所述信息收发处理单元接收到所述表示 附着更新的消息后, 构造表示附着更新成功或失败的消息, 且所述表示 附着更新成功或失败的消息中携带有所述移动管理实体所在网络所支 持的紧急服务信息。
9、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 信息收发处理单元和解析 单元;
所述信息收发处理单元, 用于向服务移动管理实体 MME发送表示 附着更新的消息, 并接收所述服务 MME返回的表示附着更新成功或失 败的消息;
所述解析单元, 用于解析所述服务 MME返回的表示附着更新成功 或失败的消息中携带的所述服务 MME 所在网络所支持的紧急服务信
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备 中进一步包括:
存储单元, 用于存储所述解析单元解析出的所述紧急服务信息。
