Abstract
본 발명은 발광형 정전용량 터치센서에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 상황에 따라, <키 패드의 일부에 정전용량 센싱패턴들을 새롭게 추가 배치시켜, 키 패드가 기존, 키 수단으로써의 역할뿐만 아니라, 정전용량 센싱수단으로써의 역할까지도 융통성 있게 동시 수행할 수 있도록 유도하는 조치>, <전기발광 시트, 또는, 도광필름의 일부에 정전용량 센싱패턴들을 새롭게 추가 배치시켜, 전기발광 시트, 또는, 도광필름이 기존, 백 라이트로써의 역할뿐만 아니라, 정전용량 센싱수단으로써의 역할까지도 융통성 있게 동시 수행할 수 있도록 유도하는 조치> 등을 탄력적으로 응용·구현한다. 본 발명에서는 이러한 기술구현을 통해, 발광형 정전용량 터치센서의 구조 내에서, 정전용량 센싱패드의 추가배치 필요성을 안정적으로 배제시킴으로써, 발광형 정전용량 터치센서의 전체적인 규모(사이즈, 중량 등), 단가 등이 최근의 사용자 욕구에 맞추어 자연스럽게 슬림화/저렴화 될 수 있도록 가이드 할 수 있다.
