步骤 s203 , Call AS查询用户 A的同号移动终端 A物理号码, 并发起呼叫: 如果用户 A的移动终端 A状态不可用 (无信号、 关机等) , 则结束本次切换请 求,用户 A的 PC客户端 A呼叫不释放;如果用户 A的移动终端 A正常并有回铃音, 此时 Call AS需要向被叫屏蔽用户 A的移动终端 A回铃音, 进入步骤 s204;
步骤 s204, 用户 A的移动终端 A振铃并接听; Call AS接收用户 A的移动终 端应答消息, Call AS建立用户 A同号移动终端 A与用户 B话路, 并释放用户 A 的 PC客户端 A与用户 B通话。
步骤 s205, 用户 A通过与其 PC客户端 A同号的移动终端 A与用户 B通 话。
根据本发明实施例一,呼叫前转流程信令流程如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 s301 , 用户 Α通过 PC客户端 A向软交换发送携带呼叫切换的 Command 标签的 INFO消息。
步骤 s302, 软交换将 INFO消息转发到 Call AS。
步骤 s303 , Call AS判断 INFO消息中扩展的 Command标签为 xxx, 识别为 呼叫前转命令, 则通过软交换下发 INVITE消息, 呼叫 A的同号移动终端(例如 13812345678 ) 。
步骤 s304, 软交换通过 SG将呼叫用户 A的移动终端 A的 SIP的 INVITE消息 转化为 SS7的 IAI消息, 并向目标 GMSC/MSC (移动关口局 /移动交换机)发送 IAI消息。
步骤 s305, GMSC/MSC呼叫用户 A的移动终端 A。
步骤 s306 , 用户 A通过同号移动终端 A应答, 并回复 ANM应答消息给 GMSC/MSC。
步骤 s307, GMSC/MSC通过 SG回复 ANM消息给软交换;
步骤 s308, 软交换给 Call AS回应答消息 200 OK。
步骤 s309和步骤 s310, 用户 A通过同号移动终端 A与 B通话; Call AS 下发 BYE消息释放用户 A的 PC客户端 A与用户 B的话路。
本发明实施例二中, 呼叫转入 ( Phone2PC ) 示意图如图 4所示。 用户 B呼 叫 PC客户端与移动终端同号的用户 A移动号码( 13812345678, 国际移动设备 标识) , 用户 A的移动终端与 PC客户端同振, 用户 A可以通过与移动终端同号 的 PC客户端与用户 B通话, 或者用户 A通过移动终端与用户 B通话, 然后再将 通话通过与移动终端同号的 PC客户端将正在进行的通话切换到同号的 PC客户 端上。 包括以下步骤:
步骤 s401 , 用户 A点击 PC客户端 A转接按键, 通过软交换向 Call AS发送切 换 INFO消息。

根据本发明实施例二, 呼叫转入流程(Phone2PC )信令流程图 5, 包括以 下步骤:
步骤 s501 , 用户 A通过 PC客户端 A向软交换发送携带呼叫切换的 Command 标签的 INFO消息。
步骤 s502 , 软交换将 INFO消息转发到 Call AS。
步骤 s503 , Call AS判断 INFO消息中扩展的 Command标签为 xxx, 识别为 呼叫转入命令,则通过软交换下发 INVITE消息,呼叫用户 A的同号 PC客户端 A。
步骤 s504 , 软交换通过 INVITE消息呼叫用户 A的同号客户端 A软号码 50012345678。
步骤 s505, 用户 A同号 PC客户端 A应答, 并通过 Call AS回复 200 OK消息给 软交换。
步骤 s506, 软交换给 Call AS回复 200 OK消息, Call AS建立用户 A的同号 客户端 A与 B的话路。
步骤 s507, Call AS下发 BYE消息给软交换释放用户 A的同号移动终端 A通 话。
步骤 s508 , 软交换向 SG/TMG发送 BYE消息。
步骤 s509, ST/TMG收到 BYE消息后, 将其转换为 REL信令, 下发给 GMSC/MSC。
步骤 s510, GMSC/MSC向移动终端 A下发 REL信令, 释放用户 A的同 号移动终端 A通话。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基于同号移动终端与软终端通话切换***,如 图 6所示, 包括同号软终端 100、 同号移动终端 200和呼叫应用服务器 300: 所述呼叫应用服务器 300, 用于在移动终端与软终端同号的移动终端或软终端 通话过程中, 接收用户发送的切换消息, 所述切换消息中携带切换指示信息, 并根据所述切换指示信息进行同号软终端和同号移动终端之间通话的切换。
所述呼叫应用服务器如图 7所示, 具体包括: 接收单元 310, 用于在移动 终端与软终端同号的移动终端或软终端通话过程中, 接收用户发送的切换消 息, 所述切换消息中携带切换指示信息; 解析单元 320, 用于解析切换消息体 中 Command标签,确认该标签为呼叫前转请求或呼叫转入请求;切换单元 330, 用于根据所述切换指示信息进行所述同号软终端和同号移动终端之间的切换。
所述切换单元具体包括: 第一切换子单元 331, 用于查询所述同号移动终 端的物理号码, 并发起呼叫, 如果所述移动终端状态不可用, 则结束本次切换 请求, 且所述软终端呼叫不释放; 如果所述同号移动终端正常, 建立所述同号 移动终端与对端用户话路, 并释放所述软终端与对端用户通话。 第二切换子单 元 332, 用于获取所述用户与软终端同号的移动终端呼叫信息; 并向所述同号 软终端发起呼叫请求,接收到所述用户通过同号软终端应答后, 建立所述用户 同号软终端与对端通话, 并释放所述同号移动终端与对端用户通话。 所述同号软终端 100如图 8所示, 具体包括: 触发指令获取单元 110, 用户 获取切换指令; 切换消息生成单元 120, 用于根据所述切换指令生成切换消息; 切换消息发送单元 130, 用于向呼叫应用服务器发送所述切换消息。
本发明的实施例中,通过触发软终端转接功能, 用户可将正在软终端进行 的通话切换到同号的移动终端上,或者将移动终端上的通话切换到同号的软终 端上, 在整个呼叫切换流程, 对通话另一方实现无差别体验, 达到无缝切换效 果。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本 发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬 件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技 术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体 现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使 得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行 本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例, 但是, 本发明并非局限于此, 任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种基于同号移动终端与软终端通话切换的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 在软终端或同号移动终端与对端用户通话过程中 ,接收所述软终端用户发 送的切换指示信息;
确定所述切换指示信息的类型 ,并 ^居所述切换指示信息的类型进行所述 同号移动终端和软终端之间的切换。
2、 如权利要求 1所述基于同号移动终端与软终端通话切换的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述切换指示信息的类型包括:
呼叫前转请求或呼叫转入请求。
3、 如权利要求 2所述基于同号移动终端与软终端通话切换的方法, 其特 征在于, 当切换指示信息的类型为呼叫前转请求时, 所述 ^居切换指示信息进 行所述同号移动终端和软终端之间的切换具体包括:
根据所述切换指示信息,利用呼叫应用服务器上的同号移动终端的号码发 起呼叫, 建立所述同号移动终端与对端用户的通话。
4、 如权利要求 2所述基于同号移动终端与软终端通话切换的方法, 其特 征在于, 当切换指示信息的类型为呼叫转入请求时, 所述根据切换指示信息进 行所述同号移动终端和软终端之间的切换具体包括:
根据所述切换指示信息向所述软终端发起呼叫请求 ,接收到所述软终端应 答后, 建立所述软终端与对端用户的通话。
5、 一种基于同号移动终端与软终端通话切换的***, 其特征在于, 包括 同号软终端、 同号移动终端和呼叫应用服务器:
所述呼叫应用服务器 ,用于在所述同号软终端或同号移动终端与对端通话 过程中,接收所述同号软终端用户发送的切换指示信息, 并根据所述切换指示 信息进行所述同号移动终端和同号软终端之间的切换。
6、 如权利要求 5所述基于同号手机与软终端通话切换的***, 其特征在 于, 所述呼叫应用服务器具体包括:
接收单元, 用于在所述同号软终端或同号移动终端与对端通话过程中,接 收所述同号软终端用户发送的切换消息, 所述切换消息中携带切换指示信息; 解析单元, 用于解析所述切换消息体中的命令标签,确认该标签为呼叫前 转请求或呼叫转入请求;
切换单元,用于根据所述解析单元的解析结果进行所述同号移动终端和同 号软终端之间的切换。
7、如权利要求 5所述基于同号手机与软终端通话切换的*** ,其特征在于 , 所述同号软终端具体包括:
触发指令获取单元, 用户获取用户的切换指令;
切换消息生成单元, 用于根据所述切换指令生成切换消息;
切换消息发送单元, 用于向呼叫应用服务器发送所述切换消息。
8、 一种呼叫应用服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于在同号软终端或同号移动终端与对端通话过程中,接收所 述同号软终端用户发送的切换消息, 所述切换消息中携带切换指示信息;
解析单元, 用于解析所述切换消息体中的命令标签,确认该标签为呼叫前 转请求或呼叫转入请求;
切换单元,用于根据所述解析单元的解析结果进行所述同号移动终端和软 终端之间的切换。
9、 如权利要求 8所述呼叫应用服务器, 其特征在于, 所述切换单元包括: 第一切换子单元, 用于查询所述同号移动终端的号码, 并发起呼叫, 如果 所述同号移动终端正常, 建立所述同号移动终端与对端用户的通话。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述呼叫应用服务器, 其特征在于, 所述切换单元 还包括:
第二切换子单元,用于向所述同号软终端发起呼叫请求,接收到所述同号 软终端应答后, 建立所述同号软终端与对端用户的通话。
