Abstract
The invention relates to a novel technique for evacuating persons trapped at upper levels, e.g. upper stories, or at lower levels, e.g. cliffs or pits, or for transferring them from one point to another on a same level over a length less than 4 m, characterised in that the technique comprises using a sliding ladder with removable rails and an adapted rescue stretcher for facilitating the evacuation of persons; upon an intervention, the technique can be used for minimizing efforts, saving time, securing the victim, and intervening in any environment.
Description
This invention treats with a sliding ladder with removable rails and a rescue stretcher the evacuation problems of a person stuck to a higher level for example the floor, to raise the victim blocked to a lower level for example (cliff, pit ...) or to pass a victim from one point to another on the same level and that its length is less than 4 m.
The use of this means of rescue instead of the other methods which are also based on the sliding scale as for example the method of the hinge or slip for reasons:
- Méthode de sauvetage de la charnière rencontre des problèmes de : - l'étroitesse de l'espace l'existence d'un obstacle- Hinge rescue method encounters problems of: - the narrowness of the space the existence of an obstacle
The present invention aims to remedy these problems: the space, obstacle, the resistance of the scale and the effort provided by the rescuer.
A cet effet, l'invention concerne une nouvelle technique qu'est elle aussi à base de l'échelle à coulisse c'est : ECHELLE A COULISSE AVEC DES RAILSTo this end, the invention relates to a new technique that is also based on the sliding scale is: SLIDE SCALE WITH RAILS
DEMONTABLES avec emploi d'un brancard adapter à cette échelle qui va nous permettre l'arrimage rapide de la victime voire la rapidité de l'opération et aussi d'éviter toutes lésion provoquer par le frottement du cordage sur la victime.DEMONTABLES with use of a stretcher adapt to this scale that will allow us the quick stowage of the victim or the speed of the operation and also to avoid any injury caused by the friction of the rope on the victim.
La vitesse de glissade de l'ensemble de force (victime + brancard ) sera arbitrée par un système de freinage (descendeur en huit ) .On the other hand, this invention requires 05 elements for either the descent as for the ascent 03 at the top and the other 2 at the bottom. The slip speed of the force set (victim + stretcher) will be arbitrated by a braking system (descender in eight).
L'invention sera bien comprise en se référant à la description suivante et au dessin ci-annexé dans lequel :On the climb we use 02 blockers to help draw the rope, as we can use the pulley with a braking system (pulley with blockers) to prevent the return of the rope and which will be controlled from above. The invention will be better understood with reference to the following description and the accompanying drawing in which:
