图 1为全球微波***的互操作性(WiMAX, Worldwide Interoperabi l ity for Microwave Access ) 网络结构图。 参见图 1所示, 全球微波***的互操作性网络主要由三个部分组成, 即终端 (MS: Mobi le Station ) ^ 接入服务网 (ASN: Access Service Network) 和连接服 务网 ( CSN: Connectivity Service Network) 0 ASN包括基站 (BS: Base Station) 接入服 务网网关(ASN—GW: Access Service Network GateWay), CSN包括预付费月艮务器(PPS: Pre—Pay Server)、认证、授权禾口计费月艮务器 (AAA Server: Authent i cat ion Author izat ion Acconting Server)等逻辑实体。对于用户而言,会存在拜访网络服务提供商(V_NSP: Vi sited-Network Service Provider ) 禾口家乡网络月艮务提供商 (H—NSP: Home-Network Service Provider ) 相连。 并且, CSN其逻辑实体间有从 R1到 R6的接口来连接, 各个接口具体的位置如图 1 所示。
参见图 2所示, NSP包括应用服务功能实体 (AF: Appl ication Function), 策略数据 库以及 AAA服务器。 策略数据库中还包括策略功能实体 (PF ( Pol icy Function)策略实体 /PCRF (Pol icy and Charging Rules Function, 策略计费规则实体), PF/PCRF用于为某个 用户业务流提供策略, 此功能体存在于网络服务商网络 (NSP— Network Service Provider) 中, 在漫游场景中, 将会存在拜访 (Visited) PF/PCRF和家乡 (Home ) PF/PCRF。 AF用于 通知 PF/PCRF主动为用户创建业务流。
ASN包括业务流管理实体 (SFM: Service Flow Managment ), 业务流授权实体 (SFA: Service Flow Authorization^ SFM用于负责建立用户业务流及为此业务流分配无线资源 等; SFA用于给相应的业务流授权; PF/PCRF是策略功能实体。 目前, WiMAX 网络中完成资源接纳控制功能的策略功能实体, 主要针对移动接入网的 特性实现单播业务的服务质量控制机制, 主要提供的功能有: 基于用户的定制信息实现策 略控制、 基于单播业务数据流的计费控制。 PCRF位于业务控制层和接入 /承载层之间, 向业 务控制层屏蔽具体的接入 /承载层技术和拓扑信息。 PCRF从业务控制层接收业务相关服务质 量参数 QoS (Quality of Service)请求, 然后与接纳控制策略、 网络的拓扑信息等相结合, 并将业务 QoS的信息转化为 IPQoS信息, 传送给相关的接入 /承载层节点和业务网关节点, 然后这些节点根据收到的信息和自身的功能实现相应的 QoS控制。其中策略控制包含 Gating Control和 QoS Control, 计费控制等;计费控制主要是指基于流的计费 Flow Based Charging (FBC)。 但现有技术中的 PCRF实体仅用于对单播业务进行 QoS和计费策略的授权和控制, 对多播广播业务还不能进行业务的授权和业务的策略授权控制(多播广播业务的 QoS、计费 策略等)。
为了有效地利用移动网络资源, WiMAX定义了多播广播业务, 即在移动网络中提供一个 数据源向多个用户发送数据的点到多点业务, 实现网络资源共享, 提高网络资源的利用率, 尤其是空口接口资源。 WiMAX定义的多播广播业务不仅能实现纯文本低速率的消息类组播和 广播, 而且还能实现高速多媒体业务的组播和广播。 多播广播业务在同一个多播域的各 BS 同时广播, 终端只要获得了接收多播广播业务的物理资源信息 (如 MCID - 广播多播连接 标识) 和密钥信息, 就能正确接收多播广播业务数据。
现有技术中, 没有针对多播广播业务提出可行的业务控制的方法, 不能对多播广播业 务进行授权和控制。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种多播广播业务的授权控制方法、 ***及装置, 以实现对多播广 播业务的授权和控制。
本发明实施例提供的一种多播广播业务的授权控制方法, 包括:
策略计费规则实体 PCRF接收多播广播业务授权请求, 所述多播广播业务授权请求中携 带多播广播业务信息;
根据用户的业务签约信息对用户进行业务授权。
本发明实施例提供的一种多播广播业务的控制***, 所述***包括: 资源控制实体、 多播广播业务管理实体; 其中,
所述多播广播业务管理实体, 用于收到用户的多播广播业务注册请求后, 则向所述资 源控制实体发送多播广播业务授权请求, 所述多播广播业务授权请求中携带多播广播业务 信息;
所述资源控制实体, 用于若收到多播广播业务授权请求, 根据用户的业务签约信息进 行业务授权。

本发明实施例提供一种多播广播业务的授权控制方法, 该方法具体包括: 资源控制实 体接收多播广播业务授权请求, 所述多播广播业务授权请求中
携带终端信息和多播广播业务信息;
根据用户的业务签约信息对用户进行业务授权;
根据所述多播广播业务信息进行多播广播业务的策略规则授权, 生成多播广播业务的 策略规则。
进一步的, 可以将所述策略规则下发给多播广播业务策略执行实体, 以使得所述多播 广播业务策略执行实体执行所述策略规则。
本发明实施例中, 所述资源控制实体利用用户的业务签约信息对多播广播业务进行业 务授权, 并进一步的还可以根据多播广播业务信息生成多播广播业务的策略规则, 从而实 现对多播广播业务的授权和控制。
下面以在多播广播业务建立过程中利用本发明实施例提供的方法实现多播广播业务的 授权控制为例进行详细说明, 结合图 3所示的***, 本发明实施例以在 WiMAX***中的多 播广播业务建立过程中利用本发明实施例提供的方法实现多播广播业务的授权控制为例进 行详细说明, 但本发明实施例并不限于 WiMAX***。 如图 5所示, 本发明实施例提供的一 种终端注册多播广播业务的方法, 具体包括:
4001、 终端 MS通过高层协议 (如 HTTP协议) 发起多播广播业务注册请求。
4002、 多播广播业务管理实体接收来自终端的多播广播业务注册请求, 向 PCRF实体发 起多播广播业务授权请求。 本发明实施例中, 所述资源控制实体由所述的 PCRF实体实现。

6001、终端 MS发送消息给多播广播业务策略执行实体请求加入多播广播业务的多播组。 如果某用户需要加入某多播广播业务的多播组, 则终端发送消息给多播广播业务执行 实体请求加入多播广播业务的多播组, 如可以是发送 IGMP Join 消息给多播广播业务策略 执行实体。

所述资源控制实体, 如 PCRF实体, 对终端用户的多播广播业务的 QoS管理机制: 专门 的多播广播业务 QoS资源管理, 多播广播业务和单播业务是独立的 QoS资源, 所述资源控 制实体按多播广播业务的 QoS 资源对多播广播业务进行资源授权和管理; 单播业务和多播 广播业务共享 QoS资源,所述资源控制实体 /***对多播广播业务和单播业务进行统一的 QoS 资源管理和授权。
上述实施例是以 WiMAX***为例进行具体说明, 但本发明实施例并不限于 WiMAX***, 还可以应用到 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project, 第三代合作伙伴计划)、 3GPP 2 ***等其他***中。 若应用到 3GPP或 3GPP2***中, 本发明实施例中的多播广播业务管理 实体对应于多播广播业务服务器, 资源控制实体对应于 MBS PCRF实体, 多播广播业务策略 执行实体对应于 MBS PCEF 实体 (Policy Charging Enforcement Function,策略计费执行 功能实体)。 其中 MBS PCRF实体可以和单播业务的 PCRF合设或单独存在或位于多播广播业 务服务器中; MBS PCEF实体可以位于 3GPP***中的 GGSN (Gateway GSN, 网关 GSN), PDN GW (Packet Data Network GateWay,分组数据网络网关)或服务网关 Serving GW中;在 3GPP2 ***中, MBS PCEF实体可以位于 AGWCAccess GateWay,接入网关冲。在 NGN(Next Generation Network, 下一代网络) 网络中, 本发明实施例中的多播广播业务管理实***于多播广播业 务服务器或多播广播应用服务器;资源控制实体可以在 SPDF实体(Service Policy Decision Function, 业务策略决策功能实体)或 A-RACF 实体 (Access-Resource and Admission Control Function, 接入资源接纳控制功能实体) 或接入网网关实现; 多播广播业务策略 执行实体可以在接入网网关或边界媒体网关实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程 序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以存储于计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在 执行时, 包括如下步骤: 资源控制实体接收多播广播业务授权请求, 所述多播广播业务授权请求中携带终端信 息和多播广播业务信息;
根据用户的业务签约信息对用户进行业务授权;
根据所述多播广播业务信息进行多播广播业务的策略规则授权, 生成多播广播业务的 策略规则。

策略计费规则实体 PCRF接收多播广播业务授权请求, 所述多播广播业务授权请求中携 带多播广播业务信息;
根据用户的业务签约信息对用户进行业务授权。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述多播广播业务的承载未建立时, 所 述方法还包括:
根据所述多播广播业务信息进行多播广播业务的策略规则授权, 生成多播广播业务的 策略规则。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述生成多播广播业务的策略规则之后, 所述方法还包括:
将所述策略规则下发给多播广播业务策略执行实体, 以使得所述多播广播业务策略执 行实体执行所述策略规则。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PCRF接收多播广播业务授权请求, 具体包括:
PCRF接收来自多播广播业务管理实体的多播广播业务授权请求; 或者,
PCRF接收来自多播广播业务策略执行实体的多播广播业务授权请求。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用户的业务签约信息对用户进 行业务授权, 包括:
所述 PCRF接收多播广播业务授权请求后, 向用户业务签约数据库请求用户的业务签约 信息;
所述 PCRF接收来自用户业务签约数据库的用户的业务签约信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据用户的业务签约信息对用 户进行业务授权, 包括:
若用户的业务签约信息显示用户签约了该多播广播业务, 且, 如果所述的用户的业务 签约信息中携带的服务质量参数 QoS满足所述多播广播业务信息中携带的多播广播业务要 求的 QoS, 则可授权用户使用该多播广播业务。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PCRF接收来自多播广播业务管理 实体的多播广播业务授权请求前, 所述方法还包括:
所述多播广播业务管理实体接收来自终端的多播广播业务注册请求;
所述多播广播业务管理实体接收到所述多播广播业务注册请求后, 发送所述多播广播 业务授权请求给所述 PCRF。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PCRF接收来自多播广播业务策略 执行实体的多播广播业务授权请求前, 所述方法还包括:
所述多播广播业务策略执行实体接收来自终端的请求加入多播广播业务的多播组的消 息;
所述多播广播业务策略执行实体接收到所述请求加入多播广播业务的多播组的消息 后, 发送所述多播广播业务授权请求给所述 PCRF。
9、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述多播广播业务策略执行实体执行所 述策略规则, 包括:
所述多播广播业务策略执行实体根据所述策略规则建立承载。
10、 根据权利要求 2 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述多播广播业务信息进行 多播广播业务的策略规则授权, 生成多播广播业务的策略规则, 包括:
根据所述多播广播业务信息和所述用户的业务签约信息进行多播广播业务的策略规则 授权, 生成多播广播业务的策略规则。
11、 根据权利要求 1一 10所述的任一方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述 PCRF 接收来自所述多播广播业务策略执行实体的多播广播业务终止请求; 所述 PCRF释放为该多播广播业务分配的资源, 删除该多播广播业务的策略规则; 所述 PCRF发送 多播广播业务终止响应给所述多播广播业务策略执行实体;
或,
所述 PCRF 接收来自所述所述多播广播业务管理实体的多播广播业务终止请求; 所述
PCRF释放为该多播广播业务分配的资源, 删除该多播广播业务的策略规则; 所述 PCRF发送 多播广播业务终止响应给所述多播广播业务管理实体。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
如果是所述多播广播业务的多播组里的最后一个用户退出, 则所述多播广播业务策略 执行实体删除用于承载该多播广播业务的承载。
13、 一种多播广播业务授权控制***, 其特征在于, 所述***包括: 资源控制实体、 多播广播业务管理实体; 其中,
所述多播广播业务管理实体, 用于收到用户的多播广播业务注册请求后, 则向所述资 源控制实体发送多播广播业务授权请求, 所述多播广播业务授权请求中携带多播广播业务 信息;
所述资源控制实体, 用于若收到多播广播业务授权请求, 根据用户的业务签约信息进 行业务授权。
14、根据权利要求 12所述的***, 其特征在于, 当所述多播广播业务的承载未建立时, 所述资源控制实体还用于根据多播广播业务信息进行多播广播业务的策略规则授权, 生成 策略规则。
15、根据权利要求 13所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述***还包括用户业务签约数据库; 所述资源控制实体, 还用于向所述用户业务签约数据库请求用户的业务签约信息, 接 收来自所述用户业务签约数据库的用户的业务签约信息;
所述用户业务签约数据库, 用于存储用户的业务签约信息, 若收到来自所述资源控制 实体的请求, 提供用户的业务签约信息。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述***还包括多播广播业务策略执 行实体;
所述资源控制实体, 还用于将所述策略规则发送给所述多播广播业务策略执行实体; 所述多播广播业务策略执行实体, 用于接收并执行所述策略规则; 若收到用户的多播 广播业务加入请求, 则向所述资源控制实体发送多播广播业务授权请求。

18、 一种资源控制实体, 其特征在于, 包括多播广播业务授权实体, 其中:

19、 如权利要求 18所述的资源控制实体, 其特征在于, 所述资源控制实体还包括: 多播广播业务策略规则授权实体, 用于当所述多播广播业务的承载未建立时, 根据所 述多播广播业务授权请求中携带的多播广播业务信息进行多播广播业务的策略规则授权, 生成策略规则, 将生成的策略规则提供给所述多播广播业务策略执行实体。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的资源控制实体, 其特征在于, 所述多播广播业务授权实体 还用于维护多播广播业务的多播组成员。
21、 如权利要求 18所述的资源控制实体, 其特征在于, 所述资源控制实体具体为策略 计费规则实体 PCRF。
