Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection polymicrobienne utilisant des complexes nanocristallins à points quantiques et un procédé de détection. Un aspect de l'invention concerne un complexe nanocristal-attractif microbien dans lequel un attractif microbien conçu pour attirer les microbes est couplé à un nanocristal contenant un ou plusieurs élément sélectionnés dans un groupe métallique constitué de zinc, de cadmium, de plomb, de cuivre, de gallium, d'arsenic, de thallium, de nickel, de manganèse et de bismuth, et un procédé de préparation correspondant. En outre, cette invention concerne un procédé de détection polymicrobien fondé sur l'analyse électrochimique qui consiste à utiliser une trousse de détection pour détecter des microbes au moyen dudit complexe nanocristal-attractif microbien et le procédé SWASV (voltamétrie à redissolution anodique à ondes carrées) au moyen de la trousse de détection.
