Abstract
To disuse the cutting and discharging operation from the cap of an extruder usable for formation of a rubber member by reducing rubber remaining at the tip of the cap at the time of cutting a rubber extruded from the cap of the extruder. Ribbon-shaped rubber (G) is formed continuously by extruding rubber from the cap (11) of an extruder (10) and stuck to a rotating support (2) by a sticking means (20) and laminated thus forming a rubber member. Upon ending formation of the rubber member, the cap (11) and the sticking means (20) are brought close to each other by moving the extruder (10) and extrusion of rubber by the extruder (10) is stopped under that state. The ribbon-shaped rubber (G) between the cap (11) and the sticking means (20) is pulled as it is stuck to the support (2) by the sticking means (20) and cut by tearing therebetween.
