First refer to FIG 1, which is a perspective sectional cutaway view of the clothes hangers of the present invention. Both FIG. IA and FIG. IB are of double layers. The difference is that the whole inner circumference along the elastic stripe 12 is sewed firmly in FIG. IA, while only parts of the inner circumference along the elastic stripe 12 is sewed firmly in FIG. IB. FIG. 1C is of single layer. Part 10 in all the figures is a piece of cloth in oval shape. In the actual case, it can be piece material made of any materials, like plastic film, woven or non-woven, nylon... etc. Part 11 in the figure is hem (or called as trim), it can also be made of the piece material 10 as a whole. Part 12 is an elastic stripe wrapped by the hem 11, Part 12 is a magnesium stripe with cross-section area of 1x2 to 3 mm; in practical use, it can be manufactured by any suitable materials, such as magnesium, spring steel, stainless-steel, nylon, Polypropylene etc which is elastic and sufficiently rigid; its cross-sectional shape may not necessarily be oblong, any suitable shapes can be used, like T-shape, circular shape, square-circular shape, etc. There is no limitation on the shape of cloth piece 10. Oval shape is the most commonly used for simulating the upper curve of the shoulder of all clothes which is from the ultimate simulation of the shoulder girdle- which makes the best fit to keep the shape of clothes. The technology of using hem to connect trim onto the periphery of fabric will not be discussed repeatedly as it is an existing technology in garment industry. Part 13 is the linkage for fixing the hook 14 on the clothes hanger of the present invention, which will be further discussed below. Thus, all the major parts of the clothes hanger of the present invention are disclosed.
From FIG. 1, the elastic stripe 12, which is straight originally, is made as curve-like after wrapping to the periphery of the fabric piece 10 by the hem 11. Thus, there is an elastic force to resume to straight stripe and this kind of elastic force tightens the whole piece of fabric; and at the meantime forms a structural support to the whole hanger when it's hanged with clothes of considerable weight. This is the basic theory of the clothes hanger of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a front plane view of the clothes hanger of the present invention, the area for printing graphics or texts is the area with oblique lines. There is a larger, smoother and more centralized area for printing graphics or texts on the clothes hanger of the present invention than that of any existing technologies. The business value of this clothes hanger of the present invention extensively surpasses any existing technologies.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the clothes hanger of the present invention prior to being twisted and folded into a smaller size. FIG. 3 A is a perspective view of the clothes hanger of the present invention in the beginning of being twisted and folded into a smaller size. FIG. 3B is a perspective view of the clothes hanger of the present invention at the end of being twisted and folded into a smaller size. In fact, It is not necessarily to be twisted rightward as showed in the figure, being twisted leftward is also identically workable.
FIG. 3B is a perspective view of the clothes hanger of the present invention at the end of being twisted and folded into a smaller size. The clothes hanger of the present invention can be twisted and folded into smaller size freely as showed in FIG 3A and 3B, which facilitates product packaging and storage after using. This advantage cannot be achieved by any existing technologies.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the first method of installing the hook on the clothes hanger of the present invention. Linkage 13 is a fabric stripe with snaps on its two ends. It passes through the bottom of hook 14 and connects the hook 14 to the clothes hanger of the invention. Since this kind of connection is flexible, the hook 14 can easily be casted down once it is taken from the hanging bar (not shown in the figures). Hence, the hook 14 will not create an obstacle to the vision of the user who intends to have a quick fit of clothes against the body in front of a mirror. Therefore, there is no need for the clothes hanger of the present invention to be taken out from the clothes for real demonstration purpose. In this way, the whole concept and usage the clothes hanger of the present invention improves both the efficiency and effectiveness of the demonstration.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the second method of installing the hook on the clothes hanger of the present invention. Clip 16 is used instead of the linkage 13 in this figure. The advantage is that holes (not shown in the figures) on the fabric piece 10 are not needed for the snaps to pass through.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the third method of installing the hook on the clothes hanger of the present invention. The figure shows that the button 15' stitched onto the suitable place and a segment of string 14' can form the third hanging device of the clothes hanger of the present invention .
Apart from the two methods of using hooks 14 for hanging this clothes hanger of the present invention as showed in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, it is also feasible to install a magnet tape or a Velcro (magic tape) (not shown in the figures) on the top of the linkage 13. By installing matching parts on the inner top of the wardrobe, the clothes hanger of the present invention can attach to the inner top of the wardrobe directly without using hook 14. The advantage is to fully utilize the interior space of the wardrobe, and it is applicable when there is only iron metal members, and without any crossbeam, wall hook, and so on. This also show another advantage of this option of the present invention as being adaptable to any other metallic wall or partition which has no crossbeam for hanging. ( not shown in the figures )
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the clothes hanger of the present invention in the beginning of being twisted and folded into a smaller size for putting through the neckline.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the clothes hanger of the present invention at the end of being twisted and folded into a smaller size for putting through the neckline. With the reformability and elasticity, this clothes hanger of the present invention can resume back to the original appearance after shrunk and passing through the smallest neckline as showed in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8. This advantage cannot be achieved by any existing technologies. The oval contour avoids stiff marks on 2 shoulders positions that can be caused by conventional hangers of an abrupt ends either of angular or round shape;
FIG. 9A is a front view of the clothes hanger of the present invention inside the clothes.
FIG. 9B is front view showing another option of the treatment of the clothes hanger's periphery which is made with non-slippery materials, such as felt, fluffy strips, PU ... etc., which enhance friction coeffϊciency between the clothes hanger and the clothes especially when the clothes is of open closures. .
Several examples of this clothes hanger of the present invention are explained above in detailed together with the figures, however, these explanations do not mean to limit the scope of the present invention, since skillful people in this field may make various changes which may not go beyond the concept of the present invention, these changes should be considered as within the protective scope defined by the following claims. Examples are as follows:
1. The combination of fabric piece 10 of single layer and hem 11 is used as an example in the present invention. However, versatile people in this field can make a sack by the use of a piece of fabric of double layers easily, elastic stripe 12 is inserted into the sack and fixed by sewing along the interior circumference of the elastic stripe 12, so it can be kept in position.
