Abstract

A p electrode (4) and an n electrode (5) are formed on the back surface of a solar battery cell (1), and an electrode main body (6) of the p (n) electrode (4, 5) is exposed from an opening (9) which is formed in an insulating layer (8). In an interconnector (11), an extending portion (18) extending in one direction is provided with a bending portion (16). By irradiating the bending portion (16) with a laser light, the interconnector (11) is joined to the p (n) electrode (4, 5). Consequently, a connection wiring can be surely joined to a device-formed substrate on which a predetermined device is formed in advance.
