Definitions
- This invention is related to the Latest Technology to clean up rubbishes floating into and flowing out of waters zone, either inland waters zone (rivers, reservoirs and lakes) or beaches and open sea. More specifically, this invention will use a robotic phonton and a rubbish screening system. Therefore, this invention is more specifically aimed at cleaning up rubbishes, operating by integrating the phonton motorboat technology guided by human as operator and searching for rubbish. This technology will possibly work automatically by using solid censor (rubbish finder) in detecting rubbishes in the water and taking out such rubbishes automatically as robot wishes. Therefore, such technology according to this invention can support "Clean Sea, Beach, Reservoir, River and Lake Program” in various big cities all over Indonesia and in other parts of the world. For further description and easy writing, this kind of technology is hereafter referred to as "Latest Technology on Waters Zone Rubbish Cleaner” .
- a group of fishermen who usually sail to the sea and try to catch fish at the Beach group and Bay of Jakarta have several times made rallies or demonstration actions to the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta because their fishing yield and green shellfish breeding that they cultivate at the Beach and the Islands of Seribu group have decreased up to no more than 25% remaining.
- a very conspicuous reason of such fishermen is rubbishes that have polluted and poisoned various sea life and biota found there.
- the fishermen voice and urge some concrete programs and actions from Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to possibly prevent, tackle rubbishes flowing out from areas of DKI Indonesia, Banten, West Java into the Beach and the Islands of Seribu group.
- the total amount of rubbishes flowing into the Beach and Bay of Jakarta have reached between 1500 up to 2000 tons per day. Putting into cubic, such quantity will be more or less 6,000 up to 8,000 Cubic Meters of rubbishes per day flowing into and polluting the Beach and Bay of Jakarta. We can imagine how much pollution has occurred in the last 20 years. It reaches almost 43.8 million up to 58.4 cubic meter rubbishes flowing into and polluting the Beach and Bay of Jakarta.
- Types of rubbishes that flow into the Beach and Bay of Jakarta are varied, ranging from rubbishes from households, traditional and modern markets, industries up to rubbishes originated from gardens, upstream rivers that flow into the Beach and Bay of Jakarta. Even, industrial rubbishes like car tires have never appeared before floating on the surfaces of rivers, Beach or Bay of Jakarta, but now there are a lot of rubbishes of these car tires found and settled in reefs in the Beach and the Islands of Seribu group.

- the moveable frame (11) is also used as housing for hydraulic pump (23), solenoid valve (20), or solenoid valves (20), pressure sensor (25), pressure gauge (26), and series of other components, motor with reducing teeth (29) used to move left and right along width of river canal screened, hydraulic oil tube (hydraulic powerpack) (21) , electric terminal for motor and other censors, hoses (37) for tilting hydraulic (24) and lilting hydraulic (12) .
- the main material for this moveable frame may be fabricated from stainless steel (SUS 304/316 or better) or mild steel SS400 or material of steel/iron/metal in nature and rust proven.
- This arm assembly arm (10) is installed and united with the moveable frame (11) as such with the aid of long bolt, piston and nuts such that this assembly arm (10) becomes a unifying body with the moveable frame (11) .
- the main material of this assembly arm (10) housing may be fabricated from stainless steel " (SUS 304/316 or better) or mild steel SS400 or material of steel/iron/metal in nature and rust proven.
- This telescopic arm (9) is installed into the assembly arm (10) where in it there are four (4) axis bearings (4) useful to facilitate the movement of the telescopic arm (19) to rake down to the bottom canal and up again by lifting rubbish to be spilled into the horizontal conveyor (16), where such arm can be moved up and down by using a steel sling wire rope (13) and series of lifting chain (14) .
- the main material for this telescopic arm (9) is a square pipe or round pipe with stainless steel (SUS 304/316 or better one) , may also be fabricated from mild steel SS400 of steel/iron/metal in nature and rust proven.
- This rake (8) is designed and fabricated as such with two (2) round bearing rakes (44) mounted on the rake (8) with support of two (2) round bearing rakes (44) such that this rake (8) may automatically mechanically move left and right of the screen bar (1) it rakes, if one of the rake teeth (42) of this rake (8) is stuck or blocked along the screen bar (1) .
- This rake (8) is mounted and locked to one of ends of the telescopic arm (9) to be used to pick up rubbishes trapped in the screen bar (1) .By this design, it ensures that the rake (8) will have never stuck or failed on the screen bar (1) it rakes.
- the main material of this rake (8) is fabricated from stainless steel (SUS 304/316 or better one) or mild steel SS400 or material of steel/iron/metal in nature and rust proven.
- an ejector (45) that serves to set remove and kick rubbishes from the rake (8) at time they are on the horizontal conveyor (16).
- the work system of this ejector (45) is by utilizing the hydraulic pressure happened at time the rake (8) is being over the horizontal conveyor (16) to spill out rubbishes carried from the screen bar (1) and at time the rake (80 is instructed to rake up (lifting up) , then the rake up pressure will make the ejector (45) worked and removed rubbishes still on the rake (not spilled into the horizontal conveyor) to be then set aside or kicked to spill into the horizontal conveyor (16).
- distribution hose consists of hose #1 (52) to distribute the power to tilting cylinder (tilting forward), hose #2 (54) to remove the power from the tilting cylinder (tilting reverse), hose #3 (55) to distribute the power to lifting cylinder (rake up) , hose #4 (56) to remove the power from the lifting cylinder (rake down) . All this power distribution hose is equipped with locking bolts and seal fitted to high pressure.
- This generator set (33) serves as the standby power facility if the main driving machine dynamo is not available.
- This generator set (33) is obliged and must be mounted on each of this rubbish screening phonton motorboat, equipped with various supporting facilities for generator set, among others, daily fuel tank, transfer switch between dynamo and Generator Set, Distribution Panel, and cable equipment accommodated to need of the generator set (33) .
- the size of power that must be provided by the generator set ranges from 10 Kw up to 400 Kw or even it can be provided a bigger one as dictated by need where this screening equipment is installed.
- the generator set is not shown in the engineering photo because it is installed in the side of this phonton motorboat.
- This utility facility consists of house for operators, power house to place the genset, cooking facility, bathing facility, washing facility, etc. This utility facility must be proper for operators and workers to rest, and to store devices needed by operators and workers.
