Abstract
An air conditioner includes a main body (2) in which air inlet units are formed on lower left and right sides, and air discharge units are formed on upper left and right sides, respectively. A left panel (90) configured to open and close the left air inlet unit and the left air discharge unit together and arranged on the left of the main body (2) in order to guide air; a right panel (100) configured to open and close the right air inlet unit (6) and the right air discharge unit (10) and arranged on the right of the main body (2) in order to guide air; and a discharge port unit (80) arranged to elevate upward from the main body (2) and having an air discharge port formed on a front surface. Accordingly, there are advantages in that a beautiful sight can be improved, a structure is simple, conditioned air can be discharged in three directions, including left, right, and upward and forward directions, normal times, at high speed, and strong forward wind discharged upward and forward can be provided to users at a long distance.
