Abstract

 簡素な構成で自励振動を抑制可能な静翼及び蒸気タービンを提供する。静翼(20)には、翼幅方向に延びる空洞(40)が内部に形成されており、かつ空洞(40)と外部とを連通させるスリット(28a,28c)が形成されている。空洞(40)より腹側の部分である腹側部材(25)と、空洞(40)より背側の部分である背側部材(27)との間に、腹側部材(25)と背側部材(27)のうち少なくとも一方と摺接する波形板バネ(44)が設けられている。静翼(20)が弾性変形すると、波形板バネ(44)は、腹側部材(25)と背側部材(27)のうち少なくとも一方との間に摩擦を生じさせる。この摩擦により、腹側部材(25)と背側部材(27)の間の相対的な位置変動が減衰される。これにより、静翼(20)に生じる自励振動を抑制することができる。
