Abstract

A travel data acquisition terminal (20) transmits travel data on a particular vehicle to a travel data processing server (30). The travel data processing server (30) receives the travel data and stores it in a travel data storage unit (34). The travel data processing server (30) performs a predetermined statistical processing by referencing travel data on a plurality of vehicles stored in the travel data storage unit (34) and acquires map data from a map data storage unit (32) to decide a display mode of each region on the map. A map information display terminal (80) acquires the map data from the travel data processing server and causes a display device (90) to display the map data.
