现有技术为适应手柄与手动工具的连接, 手柄一般采用木材制 造, 近年来, 由于木材资源的日渐匮乏, 木材手柄受到一定限制, 人 们开始转向用其它材料作为手柄。 如非金属合成材料, 塑胶材料等。 非金属合成材料, 塑胶材料以其重量轻、强度高、使用耐久, 可回收 使用等优点被广泛应用,如何改变手柄与手动工具的连接结构,适应 非金属合成材料的手柄是现有手动工具亟待解决的技术问题。
为克服现有技术存在的手动工具中手柄连接裤加工困难,手柄与 手柄连接裤的连接,特别是在手动工具使用一段时间手柄与手动工具 连接松动后,需改变手柄连接部位形状重新进行手柄与手动工具的连 接,使手柄与手动工具的加固、调整困难、手柄与手动工具连接需在 产品出厂时完成,给产品的运输带来麻烦和现有手柄与手动工具的连 接,手柄需釆用木材制造,无法适应非金属合成材料手柄的技术不足。 发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种手动工具的手柄与手动工具连接结构用 于克服现有技术的上述技术不足。
本发明实现其发明目的釆用的技术方案是,一种手动工具的手柄 与手动工具连接结构, 由手动工具、手柄和与手动工具成一体的手柄 连接裤组成,与手动工具成一体的手柄连接裤由连接段和手柄固定段 组成,手柄固定段为与手柄外轮廓对应的轴向开口直筒形,连接段一 端与手动工具的安装端紧固连接成一体, 其另一段与手柄固定段连 接, 手柄固定安装在手柄固定段内。
手动工具手柄固定段的横断面为大于手柄外轮廓一半弧形,手柄 安装在手柄固定段弧形内, 手柄与手柄固定段经连接螺栓固定连接。
为使手柄受力均匀,连接螺栓另一端设置有横断面为小于手柄外 轮廓一半的弧形加强夹板, 手柄固定段与弧形加强夹板将手柄夹持, 连接螺栓将手柄固定段、 弧形加强夹板与手柄固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是: 结构简单, 手柄与手柄连接裤连接可靠, 手柄与手柄连接安装、调整可在使用时进行,手柄加工简单, 实现了 标准化少生产,不受材料限制,便于批量生产,降低制造和运输成本。 附图说明

见图 1, 一种手动工具锹的手柄与锹体连接结构, 包括: 手动工 具(锹)、 手柄和与手动工具(锹)成一体的手柄连接裤组成, 与手 动工具 1 (锹)成一体的手柄连接裤由连接段 2和手柄固定段 3组成, 手柄固定段 3为与手柄 4外轮廓对应的轴向开口直筒形, 连接段 2 一端与手动工具(锹体)连接成一体,另一端与固定段 3连接成一体, 手柄 4固定安装在手柄固定段 3内。
釆用上述结构使现有手柄连接裤适当加长,便于手柄连接裤的加 工, 手柄固定段 3加工成开口直筒形状, 便于手柄固定段 3与手柄 4 的安装和固定。
见图 1或图 3, 本发明实施例, 为便于加工, 手动工具固定段 3 的横断面为大于手柄 4外轮廓一半弧形,手柄 4安装在手柄固定段 3 弧内, 手柄 4与手柄固定段 3经连接螺栓 5固定连接。
见图 2或图 3, 本发明实施例, 为使手柄 4受力均勾, 连接螺栓 5另一端设置有横断面为小于手柄 4外轮廓一半的弧形加强夹板 6, 弧形加强夹板 6与连接段 2之间为圆弧过渡。手柄固定段 3与弧形加 强夹板 6将手柄 4夹持, 连接螺栓 5将手柄固定段 3、弧形加强夹板 6与手柄 4固定连接。弧形加强夹板 6对手柄 4与手柄固定段 3连接 部位实施加强保护, 提高使用寿命。
参见图 3, 本发明实施例, 为防止连接螺栓 5在手动工具使用过 程中松动,连接螺栓 5的螺杆尾部为方杆,手柄固定段 3上的螺栓孔 为方孔,手柄固定段 3上的螺栓方孔与连接螺栓 5的螺杆尾部的方杆 配合, 防止螺栓 5转动。
本发明的手动工具的手柄与手动工具连接结构中,手柄 4是直管 形,为使直管手柄 4在手柄固定段 3内的定位,直管手柄 4与手柄固 定段 3的连接端设置有带锥度的定位头 7,定位头 7***在连接裤的 连接段 2内。 定位头 7在连接段 2内对手柄 4起到进一步定位作用。
为便于加工, 定位头 7与手柄 4为分体或一体结构。 当定位头 7 与手柄 4为分体结构时, 定位头 7与手柄 4需要相对固定连接。
为增加定位头 7在连接裤的连接段 2内的摩擦阻力, 定位头 7 的外轮廓面上, 可设置一组环形凸起。
本发明设计的手动工具的手柄与手动工具连接结构,可适应于手 动工具 1为锹、镐、锄或耙子等手动工具上使用。还可以用于如园林 用的剪刀、 家庭和公众场合用的墩布等手工工具上使用。
本发明设计的手动工具的手柄与手动工具连接结构,实现了手动 工具的手柄与手动工具的标准化连接,通过连接螺栓 5可对手柄与手 动工具进行现场连接和调整, 对损坏的手柄或手动工具进行更换。
