Abstract
A radio terminal device includes: a sensor which monitors an environment of a local terminal and outputs result information indicating the monitoring result; holding means which holds within-drive-cell information indicating a cell in which the sensor is driven; position information acquisition means which acquires information on a position of the radio terminal device; drive cell judgment means which judges whether the acquired position information is the within-drive-cell information; control means which drives the sensor according to the judgment result of the within-drive-cell judgment means; and radio communication means which acquires the result information outputted by the sensor and transmits the result information outside.
