Abstract

L'objet de l' invention est un procédé de fabrication d'un contenant de grande capacité, supérieure à 2 litres, à paroi mince, comprenant les étapes suivantes : mise en forme au volume recherché, à chaud ou à froid, d'une préforme ayant un col et un goulot destiné à recevoir un bouchon, cette préforme étant susceptible de présenter des contraintes résiduelles après sa mise en forme au volume recherché, utilisation d'un ratio poids de matière/surface développée dudit contenant comprise entre 150g/m2 et 250g/m2 plus particulièrement entre 150g/m 2 et 200g/m 2. L'invention couvre aussi le contenant et le dispositif de réception de ce contenant.
