Auch bei ausschließli- ehern Einsatz des Verbrennungsmotors kann die elektrische Antriebsmaschine vorübergehend Leistung abgeben, um Beschleunigungsprozesse zu unterstützen (Boost- Betrieb) oder um beim Abbremsen des Fahrzeugs kinetische Energie zur Wiederaufladung der Fahrbatterien zurückzugewinnen (Rekuperationsbetrieb). Die hiermit benannten Betriebsarten und Steuerungsmöglichkeiten sind grundsätzlich bekannt.
