Abstract

Procédé d'épuration d'eaux résiduaires par un traitement biologique mettant en oeuvre un ensemble de micro-organismes ayant des spectres métaboliques différents, pour l'élimination du carbone et de l'azote, voire du phosphore, une partie des micro-organismes étant fixée sur des supports solides mobiles (2) et constituant une biomasse fixée fluidisée. Une autre partie des micro-organismes est libre pour un traitement de type boue activée; on prévoit une première zone non aérée de traitement (21a) suivie d'une deuxième zone aérée de traitement (21b); on soumet l'effluent traité à une séparation solide/liquide par flottation (6) à une vitesse supérieure à 10m/H, et on re-circule (8) une partie de la boue récupérée par flottation vers le traitement par boue activée, cette re-circulation étant contrôlée (9,10,11) pour que la concentration en MES de l'effluent soumis à la séparation liquide/solide reste compatible avec la flottation retenue.
