Abstract

　一対の左右の***画像における診断上対応する位置を精度良く対応付けることができるようにする。 　本発明に係る画像診断支援装置１０によれば、一対の左右の***画像のそれぞれから乳頭の位置を検出し、検出された乳頭の位置に基づいて***の傾きを示す直線ｌ算出し、左右の***画像のそれぞれにおいて、乳頭の位置を原点、***の傾きを示す直線ｌを軸とする極座標系を設定し、この極座標系において左右の***画像における位置の対応付けを行う。
