Abstract

　本発明は、非侵襲的に皮膚から投与し、免疫を獲得するための方法、及び装置を提供することを目的とする。　本発明の製剤は、支持体と、前記支持体上に形成され、皮膚との直接の接触を避けるために絶縁体で一部が保護された電極と、前記電極上に形成され、ワクチンを含有するワクチン含有層と、を有する製剤であって、前記ワクチンが、免疫抑制蛋白質を誘導する抗原であることを特徴とする。本発明のワクチンの投与方法は、本発明の製剤を電極として用いて、イオントフォレーシスによりワクチンを投与することを特徴とする。本発明のイオントフォレーシス装置は、本発明の製剤を電極として用いることを特徴とする。
