Abstract

　作用された力に関して、所定方向の力を抽出して検出を正確に行うとともに、所定方向以外の方向への歪みを小さくする。相互に所定方向に相対運動可能に構成したブロック１およびレール２と、ブロック１とレール２との所定方向に沿った相対的変位によって、一対のホール素子５近傍の磁石４が形成する磁界の変化に基づいた信号を出力するホール素子５と、ブロック１および／またはレール２に対して相対的変位量を減少させる向きに復元力を作用させる板バネ９を有する。磁石４の磁極の方向は、相対運動をする所定方向に対して角度をなして設けられている。外部からブロック１に作用される外力に伴うブロック１に対するレール２の相対的変位量に基づいて、ホール素子５が相対的変位量に基づいた信号を出力する。
