Abstract

　光学的な性能は維持しつつ生産性に優れ、製造コストを減少できる光学シート、映像源ユニット、表示装置、光学シートの製造方法、及び表示装置の製造方法を提供する。 　映像源より観察者側に配置され、該映像源から出射された光を制御して観察者側に出射する複数の層を備える光学シート１０であって、複数の層のうち少なくとも１層が基材層１６であり、基材層の一方の面側に配置される１層が、光を透過可能にシート面に沿って並列されるプリズム部１２と、プリズム部間に光を吸収可能に並列される光吸収部１３とを有する光学機能シート層１１とされ、基材層の他方の面側に配置される１層が粘着剤層１７であり、光学機能シート層の基材層が配置される側と対向する側面には粘着剤層が形成されていないことを特徴とする。
