Abstract

 容易に製造することができ、高電界、高圧力下で長時間連続駆動させた場合であっても耐久性に優れた積層型圧電素子、これを用いた噴射装置及び燃料噴射システムを提供する。  その積層型圧電素子は、複数の圧電体層と複数の金属層とが交互に積層された積層構造体を備え、隣接して対向する金属層間に電圧を印加することによって駆動する積層型圧電素子であって、積層構造体の側面における圧電体結晶粒子の平均粒径が、隣接して対向する金属層に挟まれた圧電体層における圧電体結晶粒子の平均粒径よりも大きくなっている。
