Abstract

　円筒形リニアモータにおいて可動子（電機子）側の冷却用配管を設けずに、可動子（電機子）側と固定子（界磁）側の両方を同時に冷却する構造を提供すると共に、冷却構造の簡素化、リニアモータの小型化、軽量化、低価格化、リニアモータを搭載する装置（産業用機械など）の簡素化を図ることができる円筒形リニアモータとその固定子製造方法を提供する。 　ハウジング内部に複数のコイルを有する可動子と、円筒状部材（２ａ）内部に中空円筒状磁石（２ｂ）とポールピース（２ｃ）とを交互に配置し、前記中空円筒状磁石（２ｂ）の内径側に冷媒管路（２ｄ）を有した固定子と、を備えた円筒形リニアモータにおいて、前記ポールピース（２ｃ）が冷媒通路（２ｆ）を有し、前記円筒状部材（２ａ）が前記ポールピース（２ｃ）の前記冷媒通路（２ｆ）に対応した同数かつ同位置の冷却穴（２ｅ）を有する。
