Abstract
The invention relates to a rappel device (1), comprising a traction mechanism (15) made of a plastic material, a guide roller (2) for the non-slip guidance of the traction mechanism, and a brake device. A rappel device, which can also be reliably actuated when exposed to high heat, is created according to the invention in that the plastic material comprises at least one fire-resistant material.
