Abstract

A scintillator panel is provided with a scintillator having a phosphor layer on a substrate, and a protection layer for covering at least the surface of the phosphor layer. The surface energy of a surface on the side opposite to the phosphor layer side of the protection layer is 45mJ/m2 or less and 0mJ/m2 or more. The scintillator panel has excellent production applicability, protects the phosphor layer and has a small sharpness deterioration when the scintillator panel is used in contact with a planar light receiving element.
