Abstract

Es wird eine Ventilanordnung zur Dosierung eines fluiden, insbesondere schadstoffreduzierenden Mediums vorgeschlagen, beispielsweise einer wässrigen Harnstofflösung, in ein Kraftfahrzeug-Abgassystem vorgeschlagen. Die Ventilanordnung umfasst einen Fluideinlass (14), einen Austrittsbereich (23) und einen beweglich gelagerten Schließkörper (16, 48; 71) zum Verschließen des Austrittsbereichs (23), wobei bei geöffnetem Austrittsbereich (23) das Medium vom Fluideinlass zum Austrittsbereich (23) strömen kann, wobei der Fluideinlass (14) und der Schließkörper (16, 48; 1648; 71) in einer ersten Baueinheit (9) angeordnet sind. Hierbei ist eine Stelleinrichtung (12) vorgesehen, die eine zweite Baueinheit (13) bildet, wobei zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Baueinheit eine Membran (38; 138; 238; 338) angeordnet ist, und wobei der Schließkörper (16, 48; 1648; 71) und ein zur Übertragung einer Stellkraft auf den Schließkörper dienender Stellkörper (26, 28) der Stelleinrichtung separate Bauteile bilden.
