Abstract

 接着性樹脂組成物の製造方法及び樹脂フィルム並びに積層体を提供する。本発明の接着性樹脂組成物の製造方法は、メルトインデックスが10~500g/10分の飽和ポリエステル樹脂と、この飽和ポリエステル樹脂を除く他の熱可塑性樹脂であって、メルトインデックスが1.5~20g/10分の熱可塑性樹脂とを、2軸スクリュー型押出機を用いて混練するときの、混練スクリューパーツの合計長さ(Ls)とスクリュー有効長(La)との比(Ls/La)が0.20~0.45であり、且つ第1混練工程における平均シリンダー設定温度が第2混練工程における平均シリンダー設定温度より低い。また、本発明の樹脂フィルムは、本発明の方法により製造された接着性樹脂組成物を加工してなる。更に、本発明の積層体は、複数の被着材を互いに接着する接着剤層と備え、この接着剤層は本発明の樹脂フィルムを用いて設けられたものである。
