Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von partiell verstärkten Hohlprofilen aus einem Metall, insbesondere Stahl oder einer Stahllegierung. Die Aufgabe, ein einfaches und kostengünstiges Verfahren zur Herstellung von partiell verstärkten Hohlprofilen aus einem Metall vorzuschlagen, wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass eine Platine (1) gemeinsam mit einer Mehrzahl auf der Platine angeordneter Verstärkungselemente (2', 2', 2''') aus Metall durch die Verwendung der Einroll-Technik oder durch eine U-O-Umformung zu einem Hohlprofil umgeformt wird, wobei die auf der Platine (1) angeordneten Verstärkungselemente (2', 2', 2''') nach der Umformung zumindest über einen Formschluss mit der umgeformten Platine (1) verbunden sind.
