Abstract

 ヒステリシスの影響を受けることなく車輪に係る荷重を精度良く検出できるセンサ付車輪用軸受を提供する。この車輪用軸受は、複列の転走面3が内周に形成された外方部材1と、上記転走面3と対向する転走面4を外周に形成した内方部材2と、両部材の対向する転走面3,4間に介在した複列の転動体5とを備える。上記外方部材1および内方部材2のうちの固定側部材の外径面に、少なくとも1つのセンサユニット19が設けられる。センサユニット19は、固定側部材の外径面に接触して固定される2つ以上の接触固定部20aを有する歪み発生部材20、およびこの歪み発生部材20に取付けられてこの歪み発生部材20の歪みを検出するセンサ21を有する。前記固定側部材の外径面における前記センサユニット19の隣合う2つの被接触固定部1bの間には溝25が設けられる。
