Abstract

【課題】 ナノ高温乾燥蒸気を利用して印刷インキの乾燥処理を行う。 【解決手段】 ナノオーダにクラスター化したナノ高温乾燥蒸気を生成し、前記ナノ高温乾燥蒸気を印刷物の印刷面に噴射させ、前記ナノ高温乾燥蒸気により前記印刷面のインキに分子内振動エネルギーを付与する。これにより、ナノオーダのナノ高温乾燥蒸気は、印刷物の繊維ポアを通過すると共に、印刷面のインキに衝突する。印刷面のインキに衝突したナノ高温乾燥蒸気は、熱的に励起したエネルギーを極性分子である前記インキに分子内振動エネルギーとして付与する。前記インキは、分子内エネルギーにより乾燥処理される。
