Abstract

【課題】慢性腎不全治療剤又は糖尿病性腎症治療剤として有用な化合物を提供する。 【解決手段】発明者等は、EP4受容体拮抗作用を有する化合物について鋭意検討した結果、カルボキシル基又はその等価体を有する種々のアミド誘導体が良好なEP4受容体拮抗作用を示すことを知見し、本発明を完成させた。  本発明化合物は、良好なEP4受容体拮抗作用を有することから、慢性腎不全又は糖尿病性腎症の予防剤及び/又は治療剤として有用である。
